Das Hotel liegt auf der berühmten Westseite von Maui, nur wenige Schritte von einem Strandpark mit Spielgeräten, Bänken und Tischen und einem geschützten Strand entfernt - ideal für kleine Kinder, um die Wale und Sonnenuntergänge zu beobachten, den Bauernmarkt und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants in der Nähe. Der Ka'anapali Beach Trail, der vor den meisten Hotels verläuft, beginnt in einem weiteren Strandpark, der 350 Meter südlich liegt. Ideal für Spaziergänger und lange Spaziergänge.

Wir erheben die Reinigungsgebühr von 100 USD und die Hawaii-Hotelsteuer (14,42%) auf die Miete, die ich 30 oder mehr Tage vor der Belegung erhalte. Auf diese Weise sparen Sie Geld und bieten zusätzliche Sicherheit.

Lahaina liegt 8 km südlich, das Zentrum von Kaanapali (Whalers Village) 1 km südlich, Kahana 6 km nördlich, Napili und Kapalua 8 km nördlich. Tolle zentrale Lage zu allem in West Maui.

Die üppige tropische Landschaft umgibt unsere Wohnung im Erdgeschoss, unseren Pool, unseren Picknickbereich und unsere Grillplätze. Wäscherei und reservierte Parkplätze nur wenige Meter von unserer Haustür entfernt. Üppige Terrasse Spielbereich direkt vor unserer Wohnung. Der Strandpark und das Meer befinden sich vor unserem Apartmentkomplex. 300 Meter südlich befindet sich der Times Super Market.

WiFi Internet ist kostenlos. Der reservierte Parkplatz vor dem Hotel ist für unsere Besucher KOSTENLOS.

Unsere 2 Schlafzimmer 1 Bad Wohnung bietet bequem Platz für 4. Das Hauptschlafzimmer verfügt über ein neues Queensize-Bett mit traditionellem hawaiianischem Dekor. Das zweite Schlafzimmer (Dolphin Room) hat zwei Einzelbetten mit Delfin- und Surfdekor. Deckenventilatoren anstelle von Klimaanlagen tragen durchgehend zum luftigen Tropengefühl dieses Geräts bei.
Maximum - 4 Personen.

Unsere Wohnung ist komplett mit vielen Extras eingerichtet, denn es ist unser Ferienhaus.
Strandspielzeug für Kinder. Boogie-Boards und begrenzte Schnorchelausrüstung für die Wagemutigen. Das beste Schnorcheln in Hawaii ist nördlich von uns in Honolua
Bucht. Body-Surfing am Napili Beach ist ein Muss.

Great visit, very convenient location

While not on the water the park across from condo provided the perfect beach access. We enjoyed many beautiful sunsets sitting on the beach.

Excellent communication

Kevin, the host, provided exceptionally clear and helpful communication. The location of this condo is ideal, not only in terms of traveling up and down the coast, but also being directly across the street from a really nice beach. The facility was comfortable other than the lack of air conditioning- I think it was unusually hot during my stay.

Thanks Nancy for the positive review. You are right I do not provide AC for I have lived many, many years in Hawaii on multiple islands and have never used an AC for health reasons. We provide ceiling fans and table fans to keep visitors comfortable. I arrived a few hours after you left and much to my surprise someone within the week before you switched the direction of the ceiling fan so it would not blow downward. There is no reason to do this in our location any time of the year. I found that the bedroom table fan had been broken, but the previous guest had bought a box fan. I have since corrected the multiple fan issues. I apologize that our previous visitor had essentially turned the ceiling bedroom fan off from cooling. I do discount my condo condo prices because of not using AC by $70 a day from the other 2 bedrooms that have ACs and $20 a day from the one bedrooms with ACs. Electricity costs are 4 times the national average in Maui which is why most locals rarely use ACs. and survive on the hottest days with fans or a cool ocean swim.

The perfect place!

When we first stumbled upon this cute place it seemed almost too good to be true. There must be a catch! But everything was as perfect as it seemed online. Kevin is the most thoughtful, gracious host. He provided us with all the information we needed. The condo is just perfect! Kitchen is fully stocked and contains everything one needs. Kevin provided beach amenities, which we used to enjoy the beautiful surrounding beaches. The bed is comfortable and bathroom are excellent. Location is incredible. Steps away from the beach, yummy coffee place, and in close proximity to Front Street! Kevin had excellent restaurant recommendations and was of great help. He went way beyond to make our stay comfortable and memorable. Thank you Kevin for a wonderful stay! We will be back, Elizabeth

Beautiful home

We are a family of four and was our first time in Maui. I was able to book this condo for a great price. The condo was very clean and organized. Everything we needed for our stay was there ( plates, utensils, pots and pans, etc). There was boogie boards, beach chairs, and surf board available for use. We didn’t get to use them cause my teenagers enjoyed the beach as it is. Kevin, the owner of the property was awesome. He was in touch with me all the time, after booking the rental place up to the end of our stay. He called me to check if everything was ok when we got to the condo. Kevin has been so helpful since day 1. I received emails from him regarding places to eat, best spot to go snorkeling even where we should be parking when we go to different beaches. He has a book on the book shelf titled Maui Revealed which i found very useful since it’s our first time in Maui. I highly recommend this place if you ever need a place to stay. Kevin will not just email you he will even call you and talk to you. Mahalo Kevin. Please tell Pablo ( cleaning service) they did a great job keeping your condo cleaned. Once again Mahalo!!!

Paradise for Parents

It is a great property with all the conveniences one would want with small children as well as adults. The distance to attractions and airport was great, everyone was friendly, stores nearby were awesome, and Kevin is the best property manager/owner I have ever dealt with. Can’t go wrong and it makes paradise that much sweeter to stay somewhere that has exactly what you need to enjoy yourself. No complaints.

Everything we needed, and more!

Kevin was an amazing host! He was extra communicative along every step of the way. He made sure to feel like we were at home. Location was convenient to some nice cafes and the beach, and a 10 minute drive from Lahaina. Only thing to note is that the unit does not have central a/c. This was not a problem for us as the weather was relatively pleasant. I would definitely recommend staying here if you want no frills accommodations in a convenient location at reasonable rates. Daniel, I am glad that you and your child enjoyed yourselves. Daniel I do not provide ACs mostly because of lung infections caused by mold in moist environments. I have lived in Hawaii on and off for 40 years in 8 different homes and never used ACs because of the mold issue and I also rent vacation rentals w/o ACs whenever I can. In our complex the locals, like me, use fans and breezes to cool themselves. Because I don't have to pay the $12 to $25 a day for ACs, I pass on the cost savings to my visitors all year round. The cost for electricity in Maui runs 3 to 4.5 times the national average.

Great place!

This condo was the perfect spot for our Maui vacation. We enjoyed the comforts of home and appreciated the available beach gear too. Kevin was very easy to communicate with and gave us awesome references for restaurants and things to do.

Fantastic place!

We stayed at Kevin’s Maui condo/apartment and had such a lovely Maui experience. The residence was fully stocked (beach chairs/boogie boards not to mention the kitchen amenities) and just exactly what we were looking for. Parking and laundry on site and right next to a nice beach spot with a small park. We had a great trip and will return to stay at Kevin’s place! Wonderful all around- thanks Kevin.

Originally from San Francisco and went west when I was 19 by hitchhiking on military planes to Hawaii and have been there on and off ever since.
Worked for IBM, US Army, and University of Hawaii.

Chose it years ago because of Location, location, location.
Across from Beach Park. Next to the popular Farmers Market and their Organic Food Store.
Great Moderate Eating Spots within walking distance.
Just 370 yards to the beginning of the Kaanapali Beach Trail that goes for 3 miles along the Kaanapali Beach. Times supermarket and many eating spots just 330 yards away.

We are on the ground floor on the north side with a great kids yard right in front. Good pool with lounges and an extra bathroom just 30 yards from our unit. The ocean is just 70 yards away to the west. Honokowai is a Village environment on the north edge of Kaanapali.

Honokowai is nestled at the bottom of the West Maui hills along the beach resulting in a micro-climate that makes it 5 to 7 degrees cooler than Lahaina and Kaanapali. The tradewinds come off the mountains with a light spray and the ocean breezes converge for comfortable and healthy feeling.

We have a "cool" condo at the north end of the building and on the bottom floor. Ceiling fans and portable fans are available when and if needed in all the rooms.

The condo has a nautical feel with the paintings, ship's windows, diagonal wooden style flooring, and the relaxing full body back chairs.
The master bedroom has a Hawaiian decor with a number of popular Hawaiian paintings. The Dolphin Room is designed for those that are young at heart with paintings of Dolphins and with bed spreads & drapes of Hawaiian beach life scenes and a Surf Board on the Wall.
