Great deal close to Disney

If you are looking for a stay at great deal and close to Disney, this is it. Three bedrooms, one of which has bunk beds, and three full bathrooms. Perfect for teens that take forever to get ready! Disney parks are no more than 20 minutes away.

Great spot

Decor is a bit dated but beds are comfy, kitchen has everything you need, house was spotless, and being so close to the clubhouse/pool is great. Perfect spot to rest and relax while exploring Orlando!

Incredible stay and never needed to leave the resort!

We LOVED our stay and the house was perfect for us! The pool and spa was fantastic and great to get in and out of quickly and easily with a toddler! It was also safe with many locks on the back sliding doors and the pool fence gate on the patio. The resort amenities, pool and water park were astounding and very well maintaned! Can't wait to come back!

Family-friendly home in Orlando area

We greatly enjoyed our stay in Orlando at this property. The property is in a wonderful location for all the amusement parks and a close enough drive to several beaches. We had an issue with the pool heater, but it was quickly resolved by the property manager. The home is a bit dated and could use some upgrades, but everything was in working order and the property management team was pleasant to work with. Thank you!

Clean, Convenient and Spacious

Great rental if you only need 3 bedrooms. Everything was clean and you can’t beat the location for access to the parks. (Only negative comment about our stay is relative to one of the guards at the gate to the development - which is not related to the rental property itself. The guard was rude and condescending. Hopefully management there is aware.)

What a great place!

Great place, only issue was the pool was really dirty and the jets did not work in the hot tub. I emailed twice to have looked at while we were there and there was no response. Since we did pay to heat the pool this was a disappointment. Everything else was great!

Nice neighborhood

Home location is perfect for parks, groceries, and restaurants. Neighborhood was nice and pleasant to walk in. Community pool water slides were great and fun but community pool was too busy and not enough chairs every day. The home had adequate bedding and seating and the game room garage was great. The home does need some attention to detail and I communicated that to the property management team who were very responsive and understanding and nice to work with. The spa tub needs jets.

Could be a little cleaner

The overall stay was great, I’m not giving 5 stars just because the house could be a little cleaner. Perhaps a little housekeeping supervision… We had late night plumbing issues the night we arrive and only took me one phone call to global team to respond right the way and the issue was solved quick and easy, love that! Prior to our arrival I had a couple of request that was quickly taking care of and that was very nice! Keep up the good work Global Homes our family appreciated it.

Cute house!

Great location to Disney parks. Kids loved the pool in backyard and our community pool was so nice too. House is very close to community pool, an easy walk. We felt that house was nicer and more spacious than online photos showed. Bedrooms are each in separate corners of the house, allowing for privacy. Two of the three baths have toilets in their own private rooms, away from shower and vanity. This made getting ready in the morning so nice! Walmart is 5 minutes away and I also used Aldi grocery service to deliver groceries! Minor issues:broken blind in master, weird flushing master toilet, could have a few more bath towels. Overall, nice place, would stay here again!!

Loved layout. Adult children had their own room and bathroom. Safe neighborhood. Gated. Close to parks. Comfortable beds and couches. Nice pool. Paid for heated pool so that it and sauna would be usable. High temps in 70s. For this house, pool is mostly shaded all day in January. Floated for a brief time hugging the sunny side of the pool. Had trouble with tv, but app chat responded promptly to instruct us to turn off and on the Wi-Fi. Sauna jets are weak. Don’t expect a massage after long day at the park. There are no instructions in the house like a guest book. I used the VRBO app to get help.

Location

This was our first family vacation with our kids on an airplane to Orlando. We wanted the Disney experience without staying on property. Our stay was fantastic. The resort area was gated and felt very safe. The amenities within the resort were great with the pool area and club house. The splash pad area was not working our first day, but they did have it up and going by the end of our trip. The house was spacious and had lots of room. The private pool was an awesome touch, and had lots of safety features such as locks, fence, and we never worried about water safety especially with the littles. The garage play area was a great touch, but since it is in the garage it is not air conditioned, but we still had a great time out there. The only negative I felt was that we paid for a heated pool for the week, and while the water was nice, it did not feel heated. Going in July, I do not think that we needed this anyways, but it was still an option I paid for that I felt did not really pan out. Overall, for our family (4 year old and 18 month old) we had an excellent time and would definitely book again!

GOOD STAY

House was extremely close to Disney property. Very easy check in. Nice gated entrance. House was clean. Few minor fixes needed (shower door broken, Sprinkler head broken causing water to pour onto master bedroom window) Pool heat did not work most of the stay but maintenance came and cleaned filter last day we were there and then was very warm. All in All it was Good stay

Excellent property for families

This is a perfect place to stay for families traveling together. The location was close to Disney parks and offered amazing amenities a short walk away (water park, beautiful pool, shop, movie theater, game room). The pool at the property was great and we appreciated the option to add heating because we happened to be there on a cold week. We would definitely stay here again.

This property had an amazing location to attractions, food, walmart for necessary items, gas, and fun. Grounds were well maintained and water area for kids was a great addition to our stay. Pool at house was clean and usable. Would stay here again.

This property was clean and well maintained. Was the furniture and carpet a little dated (maybe) but they were clean and comfortable to sit in. Beds were comfortable and there was a lot of room to move around. Pool was perfect temp to cool off in when we got back from the parks (we did not bay extra for heat). Very pleased with all aspects of this place. The only hiccup we had is entering the address when using Waze. Make sure you use address mentioned in the contract for the front gate. If you use the property address it might send you to a members only gate and cannot get in there.
