We note the stairs on the property in the listing, and the homeowner provides instructions on how guests can more easily bring in their luggage by entering through the upstairs door and opening the downstairs door from the inside. This ensures that the master bedroom is not available as an entrance for the security of our guests. Our property features a master king bed and an upstairs queen sleeper sofa, and we always strive to ensure our listing details clearly reflect the space and layout so guests can plan accordingly. While our property requires navigating 31 steps to the lower bedroom—which is typical for the complex—we do provide early access to our golf cart whenever a check-in delay occurs to help guests settle in comfortably. We have addressed the housekeeping and supply oversights with our cleaning team to ensure this does not happen again.
