Aufgrund der großen Nachfrage, gekauft BETRIEBS eine gerĂ€umige Wohnung (1469 Quadratfuß) fĂŒr die GĂ€ste LARGE 2 Schlafzimmer und 2 BĂ€der mit Meerblick erfordern. Französisch TĂŒren fĂŒhren zu großer Terrasse im Sonnenaufgang und Sonnenuntergang zu genießen. Alle Einheiten in Hamilton Cove sind nicht gleich, aber wir bemĂŒhen uns, Ihren Aufenthalt so einfach und komfortabel wie möglich mit Annehmlichkeiten im gesamten Haus verfĂŒgbar fĂŒr alle GĂ€ste, einschließlich der neuen Sechssitzer Golfwagen machen wĂ€hrend des gesamten Aufenthaltes zu verwenden. Die NĂ€he von UNIT 4-13 nĂ€her zum Pool-Bereich und in der NĂ€he zu unseren anderen Wohnung, UNIT 2-35 (siehe VRBO Liste Nr. 579841). Waschmaschine und Trockner im Inneren des GerĂ€tes.

Amazing stay, better than expected. Photos exactly as expected and view was absolutely stunning. Private community was such a nice place to stay with a pool and jacuzzi and all the other amenities. Great for friends trip but also for families with kids of any age. Of course we loved that it came with a golf cart! Next time we are in Catalina, will definitely be booking here again.

Nice condo, very well maintained and clean. There is plenty of room in the fridge and a nice size kitchen. Beds and seating areas are comfortable. Huge balcony overlooking the ocean and the pool is only about 20 yards away. The condo came with a golf kart which was very useful in taking family here and there. Would definitely recommend.

Best location on the island!

Hamilton Cove is by far the best place to stay on Catalina, and having a golf cart makes it exceptional!

Perfect Short Getaway

Celebrated daughter’s 18th birthday with a couple of her friends. Girls really enjoyed their time and some of the activities in town. Unit is very clean and convenient location with nice amenities. It was a perfect getaway and a great setting for a special milestone B-day.

Extremely Relaxing

The property was clean and very comfortable. We loved every minute of our family time here. Getting around the island with our own golf cart was a family favorite. We enjoyed the view from the patio while drinking our morning coffee.

Property was spotless and well maintained. Sometimes the pictures don't reflect the reality, not in this case. As good or better then the pictures. Will try and stay here again on our next trip.

Wonderful property

This unit exceeded our expectations. It was clean and had everything we needed! We all thought the beds were very comfortable. The view is amazing, the unit is close to the gym, sauna, hot tub and pool. The golf cart was fantastic as well. Can't say enough great things about this place.

Great ocean view and private golf cart was great

The views were as described, in fact, better I'm person han described. Having a private golf cart for our use was fantastic. We had a few questions for Veronica throughout our stay and she always answered her phone and even came by within minutes to show us a few things. We would definitely reserve this condo again.

First stay overnight on Catalina

We've been to visit Catalina Island several times for day trips but this was our first stay overnight... We stayed all week. It was so relaxing to start of each day at a home with a fridge and kitchen equipped for any meal we wanted to have in. The golf cart (seats 6) got us around Avalon on our own schedule so we didn't feel pressured to get anywhere. The spacious widows and balcony doors were great for viewing sunrises but had full blinds for when we wanted to sleep in.

More Than Anticipated

This rental was definitely more than I anticipated. The pictures in the posting did not do justice in my opinion. It’s was A LOT roomier than I imagined. I traveled with myself and my 4 teens. So space is of essence. And there was no lacking of space for all of us. I love how useful the kitchen was. We cooked one dinner and three breakfast. There had a great number of pots and pans and of great quality which has been hit or miss at other VRBSs in the past. All the amenities were just steps away which we loved. From the golf cart parking, to pool, hot tub, gym and beach access. Would definitely recommend

We love Hamilton Cove!

We have stayed at Hamilton Cove a few times. This unit is one of the best. It is quite large and the view is great. It is partially blocked by another unit but it is still great. One of the heaters didnt work but the other one was adequate for heat. The golf cart was not as big as advertised (4 seater) because the other one got totaled. We ended up going back and forth with 6 people until we decided to squish everyone in. The snap cover for the golf cart was great and kept us warm. I would totally rent this unit again!

Almost perfect

Nice property. The only critique's we have are minor. The advertisement mentioned that the golf cart was new. However, it seemed to be an old golf cart and it was an extremely noisy cart (we were a bit hesitant while driving in and out of Hamilton Cove thinking we were disturbing the peace). Also, the coffee pot liked to leak on the counter top for some reason. We still had a wonderful time.

Great place to enjoy Catalina❀

This place makes you feel so at home & welcoming. It is simply cozy for us family of 5. It was clean & well sanitized. The partial view of the ocean from the balcony was so serene & peaceful, although you wish you had a wider view. The small private beach was just a few feet walk down the unit. My teenage grandkids just love it! The place was very secured with the guardhouse . Veronica was most helpful & accessible for the check in. The golf cart for 6 was very useful to get around & get our groceries & needs. It was a memorable & restful stay in Catalina that my little ones will treasure forever. We plan to book again in the near future. Thanks, Tom for sharing your vacation home with us !

Work to do

Shuttle service from the pier to the condo should be provided for the rates that are charged, and a service to store bags until check-in time should be provided. Hot water was very limited. Internet connection was unsound. Golf cart needed repairs, and asking your clients to drive around the island to fill up gas tank in a two hour widow with only two pumps avail is insane.

The condo was perfect for us. I would encourage the owner to attend to a few things to make it easier for visitors. The one shower needs to have the handle pulled toward you while turning it or it just dribbles out a bit of water. Took some time to figure that out. Also information how to use the DVD in the first bedroom. Many outlets only work on one of the two plug in options so it limited the use of any one outlet. All in all we enjoyed the unit very much. The beds were very comfortable and the unit was clean and everything was nice an clean. The contact lady on the island was very helpful and always willing to answer any questions we hade.

Very nice and spacious property with easy access to the pool/spa and beach area. Property also comes with a larger 6 person cart, which is very useful. Would definitely consider booking this property again. The only detraction was one particular neighbor who was/is obviously not a fan of having folks hanging out and socializing on the properties balcony. We comported ourselves very respectfully and responsibly. Despite this, the lady neighbor essentially exhibited behavior that could be considered tantamount to harassment. We pretty much ignored it and ensured there would be no escalation of issues. Even with this one incident, we still very much enjoyed ourselves and the property.

Catalina is a beautiful place to spend a few days and this condo rental added to that beauty. It is well furnished and quite roomy. The two bedrooms each have two beds. The closets are roomy and there’s a lot of storage in each bedroom. There are 2 bathrooms. One has doubles sinks. The balcony is well supplied with chairs and tables to have meals outside. The setting makes you feel like you are in the Meditaranean. The pool and hot tub were nice, however finding the hot tub took some asking around. Having the golf cart was super fun as well as necessary since it would be quite a hike without it and the cab was 25 each way. Be aware that there are stairs up to the condo. One thing the owner can’t do but would be nice would be better markings on which condo is which number. Inside the condo, there are steps into each room. The master bathroom has a shower/tub that we didn’t use as it was difficult to get into.
