Amazing property with wonderful ocean views. Well maintained and clean. Host was very responsive and friendly. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing vacation.

Great views, secluded and quiet with some areas for improvement

This is a great location and community- quiet, clean and safe. Amazing views. Beautiful architecture. Very relaxing. The building and community are very unique and charming. The views are priceless and can be seen from every corner of this community. Pool and hot tubs close early (9pm) so If you looking to party- this community is not for you. This is more of a quiet gateway spot for singles, couples and families, or a small group of quiet friends. Privacy is a bit limited in this unit since the kitchen and living areas (dinning and parts of the living room) dont have curtains- so anyone walking up or down the stairs outside can look inside. The balcony was also missing a privacy screen between us and the neighbors so privacy is limited there as well. I hope they add the missing curtains. Some of the areas in this unit are outdated (mainly bathrooms and showers). But everything was clean and neat so it makes up for it. Communication is generic and short at times, i didn't feel that they were going above and beyond. I was a super host myself, this is not an easy job.. But same time this villa averaged high nightly rates (and thats an off season price) so therefore i feel it deserves an honest rating. Overall stay was good and calm- I do recommend staying here and experiencing this beautiful community.

Literally A Tranquil Home

If your looking to relax and take some time for self This is the home for you Just note that there are 80 steps to go down and up however once you have checked into this lovely home It wouldn’t matter. We booked this home for my husband’s birthday. He wanted to stay somewhere different and that’s exactly what Catalina gave him From the area we stayed to driving a golf cart to get around and taking in the town he enjoyed it all. The home we stayed in offered everything we needed It was our home away from home Being that it is the Winter the restaurants we wanted to eat at weren’t open so we just grabbed some things at the grocery store and made due. We literally stayed in the entire time unless we had to make a store run We enjoyed the home with our 8mnth old baby boy We took in the breathtaking views of the ocean and got some much needed rest We’d love to come back in the Summer when things are fully open And would love to book again

Gorgeous villa

The villa locates in building 18, midway. The unit is very clean, spacious and comes with basic necessities. The patio is a wrapped-around patio where you can see nothing but the ocean while the other sides you can see the houses of the Hamilton Cove as well as the ocean. The golf cart fits 6 people, which is perfect for us. Amber is extremely nice and responsive, from the time I made the booking to the time that I checked out. She gave clear instructions and made sure we had everything we needed. My family and I surely had a very relaxing time during our stay. Highly recommended and would come back again.

Reunion vacay

We were so pleased with this villa. The views and the deck are absolutely gorgeous. The Villa as well. We had a problem with the oven burning smoke when we tried to make pizza . We believe it was an error on the cleaning people who forgot to wipe down the oven after putting oven cleaner in. A few minor things but all in all a lovely experience. Be warned! It is about 100 steps down to the unit. Not an easy walk carrying luggage.

We hope you have the most wonderful vacation and can enjoy all of natures beauty on the island, relax and make some wonderful memories!!! There is a lot of fun activities to do zip lining, snorkeling, scuba diving, Falconry experience, renting a cabana at Descanso Beach, shopping, restaurants, and more...... You also can just completely relax and enjoy special time with loved ones. Enjoy!!

Our villa has one of the best corner panoramic ocean views in Hamilton Cove!! The views are truly spectacular and there are many areas to relax and enjoy the breathtaking unobstructed panoramic ocean views!! The villa is highly upgraded/ spacious, yet cozy and comfortable. Enjoy the ocean breeze and listen to the sound of the cashing waves below. We hope you will find this villa to be your home away from home. It is a true sanctuary and we hope you have a wonderful vacation.

There are many areas on the balcony to unwind and relax. The large balcony is one of the largest in Hamilton Cove and the views are truly incredible!! The floor plan is wonderful, open and flows very nicely. There is a lot of natural light with many windows and ocean views from every room. You even get a peek a boo view of the world famous Casino which is very special. Enjoy!!
