IMPORTANT: The indoor living room, dining room, full kitchen, laundry room, garage, & 2 bedrooms are not included in this listing. These areas are securely sectioned off & occupied by the homeowners, who reside on the property. Your designated living, dining, & kitchen areas are located outdoors & are fully equipped for your exclusive use.

Early Check-in and Late checkout are sometimes possible with an additional fee, please check with us in advance to see if we can accommodate you.

While you may see fruit trees throughout the property, please note that they are not available for guest picking. The homeowner has lovingly cultivated these trees over the years, and the fruit is reserved for personal use. Thank you for your understanding and respect for the space.

The thermostat control is locked and preset to a comfortable 72°F to ensure an enjoyable and energy-efficient stay.

We kindly ask that all guests respect these rules to help maintain a safe, respectful, and enjoyable environment for everyone.

Other things to note

Pool & Spa Heating
Pool heating is available up to 82°F for $150 per day, based on current SDGE utility rates. $175 per day in the winter (Nov–Apr) Spa heating (3 hour notice required) is $60 per 3 consecutive hours or $100 per 5 consecutive hours. If you're unsure, feel free to ask us about the current water temperature of the pool a few days before your stay—you can decide then if you'd like the pool heated.

Please note: The pool and spa cannot be heated at the same time. The fee must be fully paid pre-trip at least 2 days prior to arrival.

It can take up to 6 hours to reach 82°F, so we require at least 48 hours’ notice and payment before we start heating. If you decide mid-stay that you want the pool warmed up, be aware there will be a lag time (and possibly an extra charge to cover the sudden heating). It’s best to let us know before your stay begins.

Fire Feature Notice:
Our property includes a variety of stunning fire features to enhance your stay:

• Patio Fire Pits and Space Heaters: These run on propane. Guests are welcome to use them, but are responsible for filling or exchanging the propane tanks during their stay.

• Poolside Fire Bowls & In-Pool Daybed Fire Feature: These premium features run on natural gas and are available for an additional fee of $40/hour. If you’d like to enjoy these amenities during your stay, please message us in advance to schedule and arrange payment.

If any evidence is found, the reservation will be canceled and guests will be asked to VACATE THE PROPERTY immediately WITHOUT A REFUND.

Additionally, HARD LIQUOR or high-proof alcoholic beverages (examples include whiskey, tequila, etc.—typically 40% alcohol by volume or more) are NOT PERMITTED. If found, guests will also be required to leave without refund.

Security Notice:
For your safety, the property is equipped with exterior security cameras. These cameras are outward-facing only and do not monitor any interior spaces. They are located at the front driveway, pool gate, pool equipment, parking areas, pool area (this pool area camera will have audio monitoring deactivated during your stay), backyard, and side gate. Cameras are active and record video and audio when motion is detected during your stay.
