-7 total beds including 3 queen size beds and 4 full size bunk beds accommodating 2 people each (extra bedding as futon and available queen size matress), 17 people can rest comfortably!

This is a private residence. All reservations that include any gathering or celebration as birthdays, baby showers, weddings, graduations, quinceañeras, receptions, or similar, must be approved in advance and are subject to an additional fee, separate from the nightly rate. The standard booking covers overnight guests only. Please message us before booking with your event type, total number of attendees, and date so we can confirm availability and provide your quote. Undisclosed gatherings may result in cancellation
