Welcome to your ultimate getaway! This stylish 7-bedroom retreat is perfect for big groups looking to relax, play, or gather. The kitchen is a dream for anyone who loves to cook. It’s got double ovens, two sinks, and plenty of space for potluck meals. Gather around the 8-person dining table for a great meal, then head over to the arcade games or challenge your crew to billiards or ping pong.

The open concept living space, complete with super comfy leather seating, makes it easy for everyone to hang out and stay connected.

You’ll sleep like royalty in any of the cozy bedrooms in the main house:

• Master Suite: King bed + twin bed + twin roll-away(sleeps 4)
• Bedroom 2: Queen bed (sleeps 2)
• Bedroom 3: King bed + twin bed + twin roll-away(sleeps 5)
• Bedroom 4: Twin-over-queen bunk (sleeps 3)
• Living Room: Comfy sectional that doubles as sleeping space (sleeps 2)

Guest House:

Just across the veranda, the guest house provides a versatile layout that's perfect for extended families or groups of friends. This beautifully renovated stand-alone unit comfortably sleeps five and includes a fully equipped kitchen, cozy sitting area with a TV and futon, two bedrooms, and a spacious bathroom with dual sinks and a walk-in shower.

Sleeping Arrangements:

• Bedroom 1: Double bed (sleeps 2)
• Bedroom 2: Twin-over-twin bunk bed (sleeps 2)
• Living Room: Futon (sleeps 1)

Game Room:

As a third private air-conditioned space, the custom game room doubles as the 7th bedroom and a lively entertainment hub. It’s a favorite spot for guests of all ages, featuring foosball, air hockey, darts, Pac-Man arcade table, and Smart TV. When it's time to wind down, two guests can get comfortable on the queen-size Murphy bed. There is also another Washer/dryer set that is conveniently available.

Guest access:

You’ll have the whole place to yourself—including the pool, guest house, games, laundry room, and peaceful verandas. Everything is yours to enjoy!

Other things to note:

• We take cleanliness seriously! Our team follows enhanced cleaning procedures between each stay, with extra attention to high-touch surfaces.
• The home has central heating and AC to keep you comfortable year-round.
• This is a family-friendly neighborhood, so please keep noise down during quiet hours, especially at night.
• Pool heating is available up to 82°F for $150/day minimum (based on current SDGE rates so please inquire about pricing prior to booking). There is a two day minimum charge for pool heating. Spa heating is always free
• A $100 pet fee per pet applies (up to 2 small dogs) to cover deep cleaning after checkout.
• Hosting more than 16 guests? Each additional guest will incur an extra $50 per night.
• Early check-in or late check-out must be requested at least 24 hours ahead of time and is subject to additional fees and availability.
