Note:
There is a smaller unit on the property that is completely detached and separate from the house. A fence separates the units for complete privacy with a separate entrance. This unit hosts monthly+ stays, so the tenant knows the shared common area rules. This unit has a private back deck. Our short-term guests (YOU) have exclusive access to the entire backyard and seating/cooking areas.

- An additional queen air mattress can be set up in the living room.

-There is a ramp in the driveway for wheelchair accessibility. However, there are two steps inside the house, down to a sunken living room.

- The jacuzzi is kept at 80 degrees; you can increase the temperature when ready.

-Service people can access the outside of the property and jacuzzi to perform their weekly maintenance duties.

- Up to 2 Dogs are allowed for a fee. Please clean up any hair and poop, or an additional cleaning fee may be charged.
