🔑 Guest Access + Parking:
Guests have full access to the entire home. Seamless, contactless check-in with keyless entry—your personal code will be sent before arrival.
• Parking available for up to 3 vehicles (1 in garage + 2 in driveway)
• Community pool open daily from May 1st to October 1st, dawn to dusk

You will enjoy your privacy, however, you’re always welcome to contact us if you have any questions or concerns. We’re here to make your stay as pleasurable as possible.

⚠️ Policies & Things to Note:
• Trip insurance is strongly recommended in case of weather or changes. We`re firm on our cancellation policy.
• This is a three-level home with stairs and no elevator—it may not be suitable for guests with mobility issues.
• The home is not childproof—please supervise children at all times.
• No pets allowed. Bringing a pet may result in added cleaning fees or a claim.
• Strict no-smoking policy: Smoking or vaping inside the unit is strictly prohibited. Violations may result in additional cleaning fees or claims.
• We kindly ask that you treat the home with the same care you would your own, so all guests can continue to enjoy a clean and comfortable space.

👥 Visitor Policy:
If you plan to have visitors (anyone not on the original reservation), please notify us in advance.
• No visitor is allowed after 9pm
• Anyone on the property after that time is considered an overnight guest and may be charged
• Max total occupancy (guests + visitors) is 8 people
- Must be 25 years of age to book this property.
- Please no shoes on the carpet/area rug.
- To avoid expensive cleaning charges and to be kind to the environment, we ask that you do not use glitter or confetti in the house.
- No smoking around or anywhere near the premises.
- No illegal substances.
- No drugs, firearms or weapons allowed on premises.
- No visitors stays overnight without a reservation on booking.
- In order to respect the other residents and neighborhood, there are a few rules to be aware of:
*Zero tolerance for parties. in the event nearby neighbors complain, the reservation will be terminated without any refund.
*Strict quiet hours between 9:00 pm - 7:00am.
