Great place in a great spot. Neighbor was a little bit of a nuisance with barking dogs early in the morning, but had nothing to do with the host or the house. Overall a great experience, would stay here again.

The home was really nice and centrally located. The private beach access just across the street was convenient and the ocean views from the balcony provided the perfect spot for morning coffee or late evening relaxing. The condo was spacious and provided ample space for our group to hang out together or chill in your own spot. The kitchen has everything you need for preparing meals and plenty of seating at the table. One of the nicest and best laid our floor designs we’ve stayed in over the years.

Amazing property! My three teenage daughters appreciated having their own space to retreat to while on vacation. Can’t beat the location - we appreciate being in a more quiet setting but close enough to all of the fun in Carolina Beach. And the walk to the beach is extremely close, which is stellar. This was our second year at this property and we look forward to possibly another.

Pelicans perch was just perfect for our families. Directly across from the beach with a beautiful view of the ocean. The three floors gave everyone enough space. The common areas were adequate for everyone to get together. The deck was beautifully appointed. The towels were plenty, the beds were comfortable, and all the Beach equipment was just perfect. Compared to Wrightsville Beach Kure Beach felt like a vacation. No traffic, hassles, no crowds, plenty of places for all types of food and very relaxing.

Awesome rental. Has everything you need for your stay! We had an awesome time. The Amenities provided were great. Access to beach was just across the road. I would recommend the property book be updated with accurate check out time and procedures.no real issues and communication was great! look forward to renting again!!

Pelican's Perch has become our family's favorite beach spot! The house is gorgeous and clean, the location can't be beat, and the property manager is tremendously supportive and responsive. When the grill went out, it was replaced immediately. This year, we really enjoyed riding through the neighborhood to the gorgeous bike path, with enough bikes in the garage for our family. The the view of the beach from the decks allows for a beautiful view of sunrises. The host is always very responsive in communication. We look forward to staying again next year!!

The place was great. We had a minor issue with the upstairs TV cutting off from the Wi-Fi. The non-stick pots and pans were peeling so you might want to bring your own.

We really enjoyed our stay at Pelican's Perch! The home is very clean and well-maintained and was perfect for our larger family group. The host is very responsive and answered all of our questions. Feels like home

WE love this property! A cozy and comfortable home in a great neighborhood with access to island greenway PLUS access to the beach can't be beat! We enjoy the seating outside, with ocean breezes and views. This home suits us perfectly!

Amazing Home on Kure!

We had the best vacation at Kure this week! Pelican’s Perch is the perfect house with every amenity you can think of. Home owners were responsive and kind! We will be staying here again!

Great location

Nice house with great commutation with management. If you’re not renting on the beach, this is the next best thing. Lovely ocean views from house.

Great family getaway

We took our three adult children and had a blast! All the amenities that were offered were fantastic.. They truly have thought of everything. The check-in and check-out process was seamless.The views from the third floor will make you never want to leave. Thanks for a great week!

Perfect location!

We had a wonderful stay at Pelican’s Perch! It has the best location between Carolina and Kure Beach’s. The private beach access was so easy right across the street. Barbara the property manager was wonderful as well. We can’t say enough about the great property!

Great family beach week!

We had a wonderful time at Pelican’s Perch. The location to the beach is perfect as are the ocean views. We all slept great in the comfy beds. They were well stocked with detergent, kitchen essentials, trash bags and dishwasher pods. Thank you and can’t wait to come back!
