Wir haben unser Condo "Chillaxing" getauft, weil wir uns auf dem Vorderdeck entspannt und mit einem kalten Getränk in der Hand am Meer erholt haben. Diese Wohnung wurde komplett renoviert, verfügt über einen geräumigen Wohnbereich und bietet Platz für 7 Personen. Jedes der 2 Schlafzimmer wurde mit Blick auf Komfort und Klasse eingerichtet. Jedes Schlafzimmer verfügt über eine Terrasse, von der der Master auf das Meer blickt und von der Terrasse des Gästezimmers aus man einen Blick auf den Kanal hat. Die Wohnung verfügt über Flachbildfernseher in jedem Zimmer (Netflix enthalten) und neu aktualisierte Geräte und Harthölzer im gesamten.

Great Location for Beach Getaway!

Great location that says far enough away from the business of Carolina Beach, but still close enough to walk to the shops, restaurants in my nitelife! Right on the beach… with a very clean swimming pool. We stayed on the third floor and enjoyed a beautiful sunrise every morning overlooking the beach.Inside, we had everything we needed. Very cozy and comfortable beach feel and slept very well after a day in the sun.They would recommend to anyone and would definitely stay there again ourselves!

Wonderful!

This property was great! We loved everything about it and the location was perfect. Only thing to note is that this unit is on the third floor, and there are no elevators, so if walking up 3 flights of stairs is something that deters you I wouldn't book this one.

Loved it!

We loved this place and would return again. Parking is tricky, as is at most places on the beach, but we had no issues. The third floor is a bit of a climb, but the view was spectacular and the place was clean, quiet and peaceful. Thanks again!

Great location, great view of the ocean

Overall it was a good stay. The property needs a little maintenance (toilet paper holder broken, no batteries in remote and missing backs, floor separating from house settling, needs some paint). Kitchen was well stocked and the towels were nice and large. We were warned about the parking ahead of time, as it can be tight and you may need to call someone to move their car. Again location was great with only a 6 minute walk to the boardwalk. Unit is right on the ocean.

We finally found the PERFECT beach VRBO!

Our favorite VRBO, bar none. We travel a lot, making sure we visit all 4 of our kids, so we use VRBO all the time. We can sincerely say, this vacation home is the perfect combination of everything that make a stay truly special. It has a perfect location, (on the beach and surrounded by restaurants and activities), it has a great floor layout, brand new amenities and the check-in process was flawless. We are already planning our return trips!

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. It was exactly as the pictures. Loved the large deck and beautiful view. Was also in a very good location. Would definitely stay here again. Our visit was from 9/26/24-10/01/23.

September Beach Trip

Very nice location. The porch was perfect place to hang out when we couldnt get down to the water with our 7 month old. The umbrella and other beach supplies provided was a really nice addition. Nice layout.

It’s tolerable but other options are available.

This property is located on the beach. A third floor apartment with an ocean view. Y’all gotta check out Nollie’s taco joint. That’s why we picked this place. A 5 minute walk. We enjoyed our stay at Carolina beach. We arrived at check in but to our suprise the access code provided by a elock service was not working. We contacted the owner and could not get ahold of him for 30 mins. We waited at the 3rd floor door with groceries and three kids for a call back. After leaving a Vm and them getting sent to Vm about 4 times I finally get a text about the lock. I figured out The lock was actually a day behind when the code worked the next day. How does that even happen? The parking at this place is not good at all. If you have an emergency you have to call the people parked in front of you or behind you to let you out. Not very parking friendly. Better be prepared to walk places which the boardwalk is just a short walk. The apartment needs some serious maintenance. The sliding glass doors are falling off tracks and are very hard to open, the kitchen floor felt like it was gonna fall in if I stood on it. We did notify the owner about this. The pull out couch had so much dog hair on it we couldn’t sleep on it and my husband had an allergy attack from it. Cleanliness isn’t the best at this place. Overall it was tolerable but not what we paid tolerable. The tenants that were staying across from us smoked weed non stop all day long for 4 days.paid tolerable.

Great place! Great location!

This condo made for a perfect week at the beach! It is simple but enough. The owner was easy to communicate with, space was clean, amenities were well taken care of and the view of the beach is the best! We'll be back.

Great location, but that's the only positive

This property claims to sleep 7, but it does not comfortably accommodate 7 guests. The living room seats three people, the side chairs are hard and don't have arms which is very uncomfortable and awkward if you're wanting to relax after a day on the beach or walking around town. We arrived a few minutes early to check in and our condo had not even been cleaned. Cleaning crew showed up and spent 10 minutes max cleaning. There is no broom or sweeper in the condo, which is aggravating because you're always tracking in sand even when you leave your shoes at the door. There wasn' nough towels or washcloths for seven people. We had to wash them every single day. The linens for the pull out sofa were disgusting we had to wash those as well. The closets smelled like mildew. I don't believe this condo ever gets a deep cleaning. A ten minute pass by the cleaning crew each week and that's it. I'm not sure why theyemphasize bringing in the patio cushions when it is raining. The furniture is worn out as well as the cushions and there's only seating for four people. The parking situation should be in the description. It's terrible. The first come first serve spot by the pool was filled with two vehicles two days in a row which blocked anyone in the D bay from getting out. Because the location is great, being blocked in wasn't a huge deal, we walked almost everywhere we went. I messaged the host three times about the cleaning and the parking and never got a response.

3rd year in a row!

We had a wonderful time staying at this VRBO again. It was clean, well-stocked, beach front, and extremely conveniently located to the boardwalk and great restaurants. We biked to dinner most nights. The extra-large deck over-looking the ocean is a huge plus. Because this unit is on the third floor, the view of the beach is perfect. The owner is easy to communicate with and very organized in his management of the property and rentals. We are looking forward to renting this unit again next year!

Girls’ Trip

2 mommas with teen daughters escaped for a few days at the beach and we couldn’t have been in a better location! We loved being able to enjoy breakfast on the balcony and the short walk to the beach was perfect. We had never been to Carolina Beach before and it was nice to be walking distance from both the Boardwalk and the Pier. Had a great meal at Stoked which was also walking distance and we highly recommend! (4 for cleanliness because toilet in master had not been flushed before our arrival but otherwise it was spotless)

Concert Trip

We went to The Live Oak Pavilion for the Cody Jinks concert. The location was perfect with access to shopping and many restaurants. We enjoyed the pool and the deck in the evening. Would stay again.

Highly recommend

This was a beautiful and ultra-relaxing place to stay. It was nice enough that you could spend your entire time in the condo and be perfectly happy. If you did decide to venture out, you have the beach, the boardwalk and many places to see, eat, and shop within easy walking distance. We enjoyed a front-row view of the ocean sunrise every morning in our pajamas from the privacy of the large deck. We loved it, and we can’t wait to return.
