Would come back!

This is a small studio apartment perfect for 2 to 3 people!! My husband and I booked this place for a small weekend getaway and it was nothing short of perfect! This place is literally feet from the beach with STUNNING blue water! We have absolutely no complaints and will definitely be returning!

Great tiny spot for couples

This unit has everything you need in a tiny package. Great location, close to bus stops, the beach, grocery stores, restaurants etc. Recently renovated, very modern decor & finishes. Functional tiny kitchen with a single burner induction cooktop and a mini fridge. Has two beach chairs & a great beach umbrella which were greatly appreciated! Communication with prop manager was excellent. One thing to note- trash pickup from a nearby dumpster will wake you up almost every morning around 7am and the bandstand across the street did have two festivals on Sat & Sunday that went to 10pm. Didn’t bother us but is worth noting.

Für zwei Personen ist es okay, aber......

Die Lage des Apartment war gut. Direkt am Meer wie versprochen. An der ecke waren zwei kolumbanische Restaurant. Das essen und auch das frühstück war gut. Das Mietauto mussten wir allerdings ein paar strassen weiter abstellen. Das hat uns aber nicht gestört.Wir dachten dass , das Apartment in einem der oberen Stockwerken liegt, aber es War im Erdgeschoß. Das Apartment ist recht klein, aber für zwei Personen dennoch ausreichend. Das apartment war sauber, aber es halt kein deutscher standard. Die klimanlage War relativ laut. Also wer in seinem Urlaub gutes Wetter hat und die Klimaanlage nichts laufen lassen muss, findet nur schwer in den Schlaf. Leider konnten wir das einzigste Fenster im Apartment nicht öffnen. Es war zu genagelt. Morgens hat mich das besonders gestört, keine frisch Luft zu haben. Außerdem kam jeden morgen gegen 06.30 die müllabfuhr. Die waren wirklich nie leise. Selbst die Haus Bewohner sind auch nicht gerade leise. So war es jedoch ein schöner Aufenthalt. Also wenn man sich nicht lange im Apartment aufhält und für den Preis war es okay.

Top-Lage und unkompliziert

Die Wohnung an sich ist recht klein, jedoch mit allem ausgestattet, was man für den Alltag braucht. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber, es gibt genug Geschirr und Handtücher (auch für den Strand). Da wir die Wohnung quasi nur zur Übernachtung und Frühstück genutzt haben, war es mehr als genug. Der Strand liegt auf der anderen Straßenseite, Lokale, Geschäfte etc sind auch alle fußläufig erreichbar. Wir waren mit einem Mietwagen unterwegs, der über Nacht kostenlos vor dem Haus abgestellt werden konnte. Tagsüber waren wir meist sowieso unterwegs und wenn nicht, kann man den Wagen 2 Blöcke weiter (5 min zu Fuß) kostenlos abstellen. Der Vermieter war sehr freundlich und unkompliziert. Er hat uns kurz die Wohnung und das Objekt gezeigt, etwas über die nächere Umgebung erzählt und alle Fragen beantwortet. Auch die Wohnungsübergabe am Ende ging schnell ohne irgendwelche Komplikationen von statten. Insgesamt kann ich das Studio nur weiterempfehlen. Die Lage ist top, es ist nicht zu laut und alles wichtige ist in Kürze zu erreichen. Sollte es mich noch einmal nach Miami Beach verschlagen, würde ich das Studio wieder mieten.

I have rate this gentleman with a 5 star because I’m a gentleman and don’t like to make people feel uncountable , this gentleman is upset because he broke our lock witch cost $250 we have send a device to open the door he work free of charge at 10 pm Can’t believe he still unhappy god bless you

Awesome Place/Location

Albert is an excellent host with great communication. We were able to get checked in easily. The location is fantastic for easy access to the beach and is right next door to the bandshell, which is excellent if you enjoy live music.

Amazing Stay!!!!!!

We loved our stay at this property. Miami Beach is steps away from the apartment. Was the perfect size for my wife and I. While some of the other reviews stated that the bed wasn’t comfortable we found it to be better than expected. Plenty of stores and restaurants within walking distance. Was great to have beach chairs and beach umbrella at the apartment for our trips to the beach. Albert was a great host and wanted us to relax and enjoy our time in Miami. Easy check in and check out. We will definitely be staying here the next time we return to Miami.

Very nice stay near the beach

It was a very nice stay! My wife and I enjoyed the room and how well maintained the place was. Albert was a great host. There is a beach umbrella and a couple of chairs included, along with beach towels. Very helpful to have! Also, the coffee in the room is delicious. Here are a few things to note. 1) the building sits in a busy area, and the room is on the first floor next to the street. Things can get noisy. 2) the tv is not a smart tv. Not a big deal, but made it difficult to watch our usual shows at night 3) all the bed pillows need to be replaced: they are very flat and old. 4) if you like to come and go a lot, parking could be a problem. Parking fills up fast around the building between 10 and 8. For me and my wife, that wasn’t a problem, because we went exploring every day all day. However, if we had tried to come back in the afternoon, parking would have been a challenge. However, I want to reiterate. It was a very nice stay. My wife and I will be using this place again when we come to Miami next time.

Bad bed and noisy

The room was clean and had everything we needed, but the bed and pillows were terrible. It was a Murphy bed and very uncomfortable the pillows were flat which gave my wife and myself a sore neck. You could hear everything outside even people talking in a normal voice. There is an outdoor stage across the street that had music that didn't end till 11pm. then the people would leave and would make even more noise. The location was great for us but thats was about the only thing.

North Beach visit

Albert is a responsive and thoughtful manager/host. The apartment was smaller than we expected but clean. And you can’t get closer to the beach. It’s just a few yards away. The only negative was the bed which was uncomfortable for us to sleep the first night. However we were able (at Albert’s suggestion) to use the futon/sofa instead, so it all turned out okay.

Perfect location!

Me and my almost two year old stayed in this little studio and it was perfect. It's in North beach, away from the noise and crowds of South Beach (but a 20 min drive or 30 min bus ride if you want to visit South beach). The beach is literally steps away and it's beautiful! It's also in a very safe area and the building was very secure. I never felt unsafe even when it was dark as a woman alone with a baby. Communication with the host is fantastic and he always responded and gave very clear instructions for check in. Also there is the BEST, most delicious food and coffee right next door at Cafe Sazon. I would stay here again. 100%

Wonderful vacation at North Beach

Thank you Albert, this was really worth of every penny we paid. It is tiny room for two adults and one teenager, but just perfect for one week. There was everything we needed for beach: towels, chairs, umbrella for sun. Room was very clean. AC was little bit too laud at first, but we got used to it, and I had earplugs also. It was great distance to everywhere we wanted to go. Albert was always there to help if needed. Definitely we come again!
