This is a great location between north beach and south beach with plenty to go out and see. While there are not shops and restaurants within a short walk, there is a free trolly that picks up out front. I wish this review were based on our actual accommodations and not the result of guest planning. Lots of our guests plan incredible vacations with this location as the homebase.

Die Klimaanlage tat gehen während der Gast den Aufenthalt. Leider ist diese Art von Wartungsprobleme mit, wie sie auftreten behandelt. Während die allgemeine Sauberkeit der Anlage war noch nie ein Problem für uns, wir haben uns selbst kleinere Probleme mit Krümel in der Speisekammer oder Flecken auf den verspiegelten Schranktüren gerichtet. Sauberkeit ist mir wichtig, und wir betonen, das mit unseren Reinigungsmitteln. Wir werden versuchen, dies, indem mehr Zeit zwischen An-und Abflüge zu beheben, so dass der Agent kann eine gründlichere Reinigung in engen Umsatz Zeiten zu gewährleisten. Wir haben Wartung zur Verfügung für alle Fragen, die während Ihres Aufenthalts und einer Vor-Ort-Agent, der alle anderen Fragen, so lange wir bewusst gemacht werden ansprechen können auftreten können. Wir sind stets bemüht, ein Partner, Ihren Aufenthalt zu einem angenehmen Erlebnis. The air conditioning unit did go out during the guest's stay. Unfortunately, these types of maintenance issues must be dealt with as they occur. The part needed to repair the unit was replaced and repaired. The second guest bedroom is the same as advertised and represented in our photos. This bedroom contains a daybed with a pop-up trundle (same as pic). Each guest must determine if such an arrangement would be suitable with them and their party. Fortunately, the windows in the unit are being replaced by the condo association. In the meantime, we tend to open the door to take in the ocean breeze. While the overall cleanliness of the unit has never been an issue for us, we ourselves have addressed minor issues with crumbs in the pantry or smudges on the mirrored closet doors. Cleanliness is important to us and we stress this with our cleaning agent. We will seek to remedy this by allowing more time between arrivals and departures. Luckily, such occurrences are infrequent. Our maintenance and arrival agent are available to address issues once they are known.

In the past, we required guests to call/text the on-site agent upon flight arrival or an hour before arrival. This is to eliminate wait time for both the guest and our agent. Now, we have switched to a lockbox where guests can retrieve the keys themselves at the on-site office.

Thanks for your feedback. I'm glad you enjoyed your stay. Thankfully, the pool has been reopened. Closures and renovations are a part of a state mandated 40 year rennovation which all beachside properties have to comply with. We advertise any planned closures ahead of time and offer guests accommodations at nearby hotels/condos on the beach.

Thanks for being such a great guest. I'm so thrilled to see that you have already booked a return stay. I'm hopeful that we can get around to remodeling the master bathroom in 2022. It's dated but clean and we realize we must move up a few decades :). We look forward to hosting you again soon.
