This an excellent location. Easy walk to the beach. We had fun using the LSV to go to Seaside for shopping and dining. Always received a prompt response to any questions we had! The pool and decking were very well maintained too! The house layout was perfect too with three bathrooms and nice sized rooms.

Great place in a great location! House was clean and comfortable for 8 of us girls on a bachelorette trip. The LSV and bikes were amazing to use around town and to get to the beach. There are no beach/pool towels so be prepared to bring your own. We also rented beach chairs and umbrellas for our stay which was nice but wish the house offered that.

Second time at same house. There is nothing to complain about. Plans for same house next year. The house smells fresh and clean, the bedding is so soft and cozy, pool is spectacular, lots of foliage that make the back seem very private. The fantastic deal closer for us was the fence. They have a very nice fence around property however, there is a second tighter (almost chicken wire) fence that gives all puppy parents an extra layer of protection and decreases anxiety being in a new environment. We have a 2, 7lb yorkies that we could let in and out and not have a moments hesitation about the safety of our fur babies.

The property was perfect. Location, amenities- including pool, grill, fire pit and especially the golf cart were amazing. The beds.... awesome. I'd like to know what brand it is and the bedding. I would order it for my home. Side note, a bottle of tanqueray gin was left in the lower dresser drawer by accident. If it was not discarded, consider it a gift for the next guest or owner. The one negative I would say is that the floor carpet mat in the primary bathroom was dirty and cleaning towels were left in the front room on the credenza by the TV. Not a big deal, but something to pay attention to keep your five-star ratings. I would return the property. Everyone enjoyed themselves!

The entire place was excellent! The pool, golf cart and house had everything we needed for a great vacation. This place sits in a quiet upscale neighborhood and is a 2 min golf cart ride to the beach. The grill was clean with an extra tank, which is rare. We spent everyday outside at the pool and loved the privacy the backyard provided.
