Our Newly Designed, Charming and Chic Coastal Home is located South of 30A in the quiet, quaint and gated community of Summer's Edge (no busy streets to cross to get to the beach). Whole home renovation was completed October 2021.******JUST COMPLETED FEBRUARY 2024 PRIMARY BATHROOM REMODEL, NEW FREESTANDING TUB, NEW CABINET WITH QUARTZ COUNTERTOP AND NEW SHOWER,****** Our three bedroom, two bath home offers a spacious and open floor plan, custom chefs kitchen with stainless steel appliances, fully stocked kitchen, separate pantry, new faucets throughout the whole home, new quartz countertops and breakfast bar with seating for 4 overlooking the spacious dining area with seating for 6. Living room has decor and furnishings right out of the Serena & Lily catalog. Newly installed white oak LVP flooring, custom built-in bunkbeds, outdoor shower, along with a spacious front porch,that has a cozy and beachy porch swing adorned with Serena & Lily pillows for morning coffee and evening cocktails.
Primary bedroom is an upstairs private retreat with a full size closet, has its own private balcony for a nice relaxing getaway. Primary ensuite bathroom has a full size free standing tub with separate tiled shower. Primary bedroom also includes a coffee cart with a Keurig coffee maker and everything you need for coffee in bed or sitting in the oversized rattan chairs on the private balcony right off the primary suite watching the Sun come up.
The 2 additional bedrooms are on the first floor. The first bedroom has custom built-in bunk beds with a full size closet. The second bedroom has Bahamian inspired decor with a queen size bed and full size closet. All bedrooms have ROKU Smart TV's.
Additionally, downstairs there is a laundry room with a new full size front load LG stackable washer and dryer.
There is a small storage shed with 4 beach chairs, an umbrella and beach wagon for your use.
There is also a side porch and paver patio for sitting outside grilling on the PK charcoal grill . Summer's Edge amenities include two pools, one heated, and a deeded beach and beach access for the community. Summer's Edge backs up to the 30A bike path for easy access to Seaside Beach Seagrove Beach, The Big Chill, restaurants, and activities all along 30A. 30A is home to some of the most beautiful beaches in the World.

I am a Louisiana native, born and raised, my Husband is a Texas Native born and raised. We live in the Houston, Texas and have both vacationed in this area our whole lives. It has always been a dream to own a place of our own here. And that dream came true in 2018 when we bought our first place on 30A it was a condo in Seagrove Beach at Beachwood Villas we called it Serenity Now, we decided to sell and purchase a house right down the street, would never think of leaving Seagrove Beach we love the location and everything it has to offer. We had so many great memories and hosted so many great guest at Serenity Now, hoping to do the same at our new Home... Serenity Now 2.0.
