Welcome to “Valor Circle Bungalow!” Our cozy 2BD bungalow (sleeps 6) is ideally located in Louisville, with a short drive to Churchill Downs, Highland Festival Grounds, Kentucky Exposition Center and L&N Federal Credit Union Stadium. Nestled in Louisville, our bungalow is the perfect spot to explore Bourbon row, Louisville Slugger factory, Churchill Downs and the many restaurants of the city, there is definitely something for everyone.

The space
★ INDOOR LIVING ★
The first floor living area has updated furniture, multiple flat screen TV in the living room.

★BEDROOMS★
Master Bedroom #1: Queen-sized bed, makeup vanity station and TV in bedroom;

Upstairs Bedroom #2: 1 Queen-sized, 2 twin beds, bed makeup vanity station and TV in bedroom. Upstairs has very low sloped ceilings with a max height of 75" in the center of the rooms. The space is one large bedroom divided into two semi-private rooms.

★ KITCHEN & DINING★
A fully equipped kitchen, coffee maker and Keurig, blender, toaster, a dining table to enjoy your meals. A bar seating area is also available.

★ ENTERTAINMENT & OUTDOOR LIVING★★

★PARKING★
In addition to street parking there is gravel parking for 3 cars in the back of the property accessible via the alley off W. Lansing Ave. You can enter the home through the back door if you park in the back,

Guest access
Guests have access to the entire house with the exception of the basement.

For our dog owners, our backyard is fully fenced in. We do allow up to 2 dogs in our bungalow. There is a $100 pet fee.
