Dieses Haus wurde gerade komplett renoviert! Alles ist neu und wartet auf Ihren Aufenthalt. Diese Eigenschaft ist nur 0,4 Meilen von den historischen Churchill Downs entfernt! Eine kurze Uber- oder Taxifahrt bringt Sie zur 4th Street Live, den Highlands, der Frankfort Ave und vielen weiteren Attraktionen. Wir sind auch nur 1,9 Meilen vom Kentucky Fair and Expo Center entfernt, wo jede Woche Veranstaltungen, Konzerte, der Vergnügungspark Kentucky Kingdom und die State Fair stattfinden.

Diese Unterkunft befindet sich in einer aufstrebenden Gegend bei Churchill Downs. Wir haben tolle Nachbarn, die sehr freundlich sind. Only stayed one night out of two. Decided staying in Louisville wasn’t the vibe we wanted. Nothing against this location or host, we just prefer more country and small town locations.

Great communication with Fredie from start to finish. Lilly House was warm, cozy and inviting when we arrived, great space for two adults, comfortable bed and everything we needed for our short stay. Didn't get a chance to enjoy the outdoor space with the new deck, but definitely will when we return in the summertime. Thanks for a great stay.

The Lilly house fit our needs for the weekend. The house was really close to all the events we did in Louisville. The host was very responsive to a need that we had and corrected it with promptness. We would stay again.

The host was great. It was a cute little house. It was well stocked. It even has spices in the kitchen other than salt and pepper. The bed and pillows were amazing way better than the hotel. It was like sleeping on clouds. I have been looking for the perfect pillow and i have found it here. The house is just a walk away from Churchill down the Kentucky derby a neat place to see

We didn’t need to turn on the air conditioning. Everything was great at the house. There was a small problem with the kitchen chairs? But the owner took care of the problem right away. We highly recommend the Lilly house to anyone staying in the Louisville, KY area. Thank you, Freddie, for being an understanding host.

Property is in a good location for accessing sites, close to Churchill Downs and 10-15 min from downtown. The host was very easy to work with, and check in/out was easy.

Clean and stocked with all the essentials! House was convenient location to town… as you could walk to shops and the drive to downtown Louisville was brief. I appreciated the great commutation with the host as well. WiFi was also great as both my spouse and I were able to work remotely with no issues.
