Looking to enjoy a comfortable and charming home in Louisville? This home is the choice location for your vacation desires. A beautiful modern home with 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms that comes with a private yard/outdoor space! The calming and fresh interior is meant to give you a relaxing atmosphere. For the utmost comfort, fresh linens, blankets, towels, and toiletries are provided!

The Space:
This single-family home is modernly appointed but with plenty of detail and character. It is a single-story home (2 Beds, 2 Baths) with two private entrances and plenty of parking for easy access. It is the perfect place for a family or group of friends to stay and explore Louisville. A home away from home!

● LOCATION
This comfortable house is located just blocks away from 3 major hospitals and NuLu/Market St. Conveniently located and centered between Bardstown Rd and the Highlands making it easy to get to the Yum Center, Lynn/Slugger Field, Expo Center, Churchill Downs, and many other attractions Louisville has to offer. Short Uber to everything Louisville!

● LIVING AREA
Modern, spacious living area with fashionable decorations. Perfect for connecting with friends and family. It has a 70” smart TV with a cozy comfy sofa to enjoy any streaming service.

● KITCHEN
The newly remodeled open kitchen is equipped with fine white-painted cabinetry with plenty of storage space, a coffee maker, refrigerator, stove, microwave, other cooking basics, and needs.

● BEDROOM
The charming master bedroom and en-suite bathroom take up the back of the house and are filled with tons of natural light from large windows, which can be curtained shut for privacy. The second bedroom is well-appointed/arranged and provides a feeling of open space and natural flow which will make you feel right at home It also contains a desk in the corner, perfect for anyone looking to work from home.

● BATHROOM
The bathrooms are stocked with toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, and body wash), plush towels and washcloths, and a hairdryer. The first bathroom is an en-suite located in the masters bedroom. It contains a shower/tub combo which is perfect for families who need to bathe their young ones whilst the other one is attached to the family room, just steps away from the front bedroom.

● PARKING
There is private off-street parking for two cars behind the home, as well as plenty of street parking in front of the house (we have never had an issue finding a spot) making accessing the home easy.


● ADDITIONAL AMENITIES
There is an in-unit washer-dryer, the backyard fenced in with patio seating and a corn hole/bocce ball area, a fire pit, and picnic table, high-speed WiFi, and Smart TVs with streaming apps.

**Please note that when you reserve this property, you are consenting to comply with all the regulations and guidelines specified in the listing details. Failure to adhere to these rules will lead to a penalty of $500.00, which will be debited from the credit card used for the booking.



POLICIES:
▻ Early Check-In - If booking for today, we will have to check with our cleaning staff if we can accommodate the request. If booking for a future date, we will do our best to provide an early check-in, but the only way to guarantee one is to book the night before as well (if it is available)
▻ Luggage Drop - We can try to accommodate a luggage drop 30 minutes after the check-out time as long as we can work with the potential current guests and cleaners. Please remind us on the morning of your arrival.
▻ Late Check Out - If you inform us the day before, WE MAY be able to accommodate a late check-out up to 12 PM, but the only way to guarantee a late check-out is to book the night after. Late checkouts without advance notice will result in a fee of $50 per hour, and if you check out at 12 PM or later, you will be charged for a whole additional night.
▻ Package Delivery - We do NOT guarantee the package can be retrieved from the mailbox or that it will arrive safely. We recommend sending packages to a local pick-up spot instead or requesting the carrier to deliver to the front doorstep (if you need to send to the home).
▻ Pet Policy - This unit is Pet Friendly, but we do ask for a $100 non-refundable Pet Fee with an additional $50 for each extra pet. The Pet fee goes towards deep cleaning the property. Emotional Support Animals or ESAs still require the pet fee. Service Animals are free.
▻ Extra People - You can bring extra guests into the home as long as it is not for a party, no damage is done to the home, and you abide by the home rules
▻ Third-Party Bookings - We cannot accept bookings made on behalf of someone else.
▻ Mail Back Service - If you forget something, we can mail it back for a $50 fee (as long as it’s not an oversized item)
▻ Cancellation - We provide a free cancellation if you cancel more than 30 days in advanced or within 24 hours of confirmation (as long as the check in date is more than 2 weeks out). If the cancellation is not during these windows, we will provide you a refund of any amount recouped from another booking during the same reservation dates, but this can only occur if you cancel the reservation to allow us to host other guests.

Great place in a sketchy neighborhood.
Really a nice little place but sandwiched between two very undesirable kind of homes. Conveniently located to all the Gray stuff in the Highlands and off Baxter the really nice areas but still a little bit too far away to feel comfortable. Not NULU That is in my humble opinion. Otherwise, the owners or hosts are amazing. Everything was great. We had no issues or problems just a little turned off by the local area.

Convenient Location - Musty Aroma
The location was great for access to the Nulu area: restaurants, breweries and shops. I would say almost ideal for brewery lovers that want to enjoy a convenient neighborhood location to a local brewery spot. Parking on street was simple. The neighbors were a bit noisy and sitting directly on the front porch of the property when we checked in. Also a neighbor was up all night shoveling rock in the back alley for some reason. Some additional things to consider before booking include: 1. Day of access instructions included a link to a video on how to unlock the property and the link did not work 2. Property management company does not have a secure way to upload confidential documents such as photo IDs 3. Musty aroma of the property hits you in the face as soon as you open the door. If you have allergies beware - the smell of the property kept me up most of the night and caused congestion 4. The price point is very high for what you get. Overall it seems to be a DIY rehab property - nothing wrong but not quite as good as the photos make it out to be in the end.

Happy with our stay but an older home
This property is an older, small home located in a local's neighborhood. We loved having a grill and a backyard, though there were some boisterous neighbors from time to time. Great and clean beds and awesome shower. Some spices available in the kitchen, which was nice. Recent remodeling made for nice clean bedrooms and bathrooms. Because it is an older home in a humid climate, though, the forced air heating and cooling was a bit dusty and caused some allergies for us (made worse, I'm sure, by the fall weather). The host was incredibly kind and responsive- even nice enough to bring us an air filter to help with the dust in the air. It was about 1/2 mile walk to NuLu where there are some awesome restaurants, and a little over a mile to downtown and the convention center where we had business meetings. Also a close walk to U of L hospital system.
