Einheit 2711 hat eine der besten Aussichten auf die schöne Insel Okaloosa! Diese 7. / oberste Etage-Einheit an der Ecke des Gebäudes verfügt über eine umlaufende Terrasse, auf der Sie einen 270-Grad-Blick auf den Golf von Mexiko, den Santa Rosa Sound, die Brooks Bridge, Jachthäfen und vieles mehr genießen können. Die 2 Schlafzimmer und Bäder befinden sich auf der gegenüberliegenden Seite der Küche und des Wohnbereichs und bieten Privatsphäre für Paare oder Familien mit Kindern. Der Wohnbereich und die Küche bieten Blick auf den Golf. Das Hauptschlafzimmer an der Ecke des Gebäudes mit Kingsize-Bett und deckenhohen Fenstern bietet den gleichen fantastischen Panoramablick wie die Terrasse. Das große 2. Schlafzimmer verfügt über ein Queensize-Bett und einen Schreibtisch. Der Wohn- / Essbereich verfügt über ein Queensize-Schlafsofa, einen Sofa und einen Esstisch mit 4 Stühlen. Die geräumige Küche ist viel größer als die typische Küchenküche. Beide Schlafzimmer verfügen über große Schränke mit durchgehenden Spiegeltüren. Meisterbad hat seine und ihre Waschbecken. Zu den Annehmlichkeiten zählen eine voll ausgestattete, modernisierte Küche mit Edelstahlgeräten, 3 HDTVs, DVD-Player, kostenfreies WLAN, eine Waschmaschine und ein Trockner, eine Bartresen und Deckenventilatoren. Liegestühle und Sonnenschirme sind kostenlos (März-Okt) und der Pool ist beheizt.

Alle unsere Unterkünfte verfügen über volle Bettwäsche, eine Waschmaschine / Trockner in der Unterkunft und eine voll ausgestattete Küche. Alles, was Sie sich Sorgen machen müssen, ist, Spaß zu haben! Darüber hinaus bietet unser Komplex einen Pool, einen Grill- / Picknickbereich, kostenloses WLAN, einen Autowaschbereich, eine Promenade für den Strand und einen bequemen Markt nebenan! In den Monaten März bis Oktober bieten wir auch einen kostenlosen Strandservice an! Wir befinden uns nur 5 Minuten von Fort Walton Beach und Destin entfernt auf der schönen Insel Okaloosa und nur 3/4 Meilen von ausgezeichneten Restaurants, Nachtleben, Geschäften, Wasseraktivitäten und dem Gulfarium!

February in Ft Walton Beach

We really enjoyed our stay at the Nautilus Condo. The room was exactly as advertised and the view of the beach and surrounding area was excellent! The balcony faces SE and has great sun in the morning. The SE balcony also protects against the strong winds that blew most of the time, (we stayed for the month of Feb.) The water heater broke down the first night we arrived and the staff had it replaced right away.

This condo fit all of our needs. The only recommendation I would have is blinds and curtains to be added to the larger bedroom. The blinds do nothing as far as keeping light out or keeping it cool. It was the warmest room in the condo.

The office staff was amazing and recommended great places to eat - other than the touristy places. The pool was nice - sometimes a little crowded, but the bathrooms were also very clean. 2711 has an ice maker that produced enough ice for our daily yeti cooler on the beach. The beds were hard, which I would recommend replacing, but other than that it was a wonderful vacation! Will definitely be back.

This is the first year we used this condo, we normally use a different condo building. 1st of all the ONLY reason we used it was because they wouldn’t refund us our money because my daughter was In the PICU with RSV hooked up to oxygen for 5 days. The condo was dirty, the beds were hard, the location was mediocre at best. They were very misleading about the location of the condo on VRBO. But the heated pool was a plus. We won’t be back.

Disappointing

THe condo smelled very musty especially when we walked in. The master bedroom has two sliding doors and one faces the main street. The traffic noise is very loud especially for sleeping. There were numerous white patched areas on the walls. There was a slat missing on the vertical blinds in the bedroom so there was not complete privacy. The sliding doors were very difficult to open, seems they have never been cleaned. There were 3 roaches around and a dirty sock under the bed. The beds were not comfortable especially the queen. And there is nothing in walking distance. You need a mod of transportation for everything from eating to shopping. Very disappointed and would not recommend this condo.

I’m sorry you had a disappointing experience. The master bedroom does have 2 sliding glass doors - one is angled towards the beach and the other towards the road. The wrap around balcony on the road side has a great view of the intracoastal waterway - and the bedroom and living room side has the great beach view ! The white patches on the wall have been painted - we had damage from Hurricane Sally and at that time had recently had it repaired and so there were some areas that were not repainted yet. The mattresses on the beds have been replaced . And also the sliding glass doors have been replaced !
