Einheit 2711 hat eine der besten Aussichten auf die schöne Insel Okaloosa! Diese 7. / oberste Etage-Einheit an der Ecke des Gebäudes verfügt über eine umlaufende Terrasse, auf der Sie einen 270-Grad-Blick auf den Golf von Mexiko, den Santa Rosa Sound, die Brooks Bridge, Jachthäfen und vieles mehr genießen können. Die 2 Schlafzimmer und Bäder befinden sich auf der gegenüberliegenden Seite der Küche und des Wohnbereichs und bieten Privatsphäre für Paare oder Familien mit Kindern. Der Wohnbereich und die Küche bieten Blick auf den Golf. Das Hauptschlafzimmer an der Ecke des Gebäudes mit Kingsize-Bett und deckenhohen Fenstern bietet den gleichen fantastischen Panoramablick wie die Terrasse. Das große 2. Schlafzimmer verfügt über ein Queensize-Bett und einen Schreibtisch. Der Wohn- / Essbereich verfügt über ein Queensize-Schlafsofa, einen Sofa und einen Esstisch mit 4 Stühlen. Die geräumige Küche ist viel größer als die typische Küchenküche. Beide Schlafzimmer verfügen über große Schränke mit durchgehenden Spiegeltüren. Meisterbad hat seine und ihre Waschbecken. Zu den Annehmlichkeiten zählen eine voll ausgestattete, modernisierte Küche mit Edelstahlgeräten, 3 HDTVs, DVD-Player, kostenfreies WLAN, eine Waschmaschine und ein Trockner, eine Bartresen und Deckenventilatoren. Liegestühle und Sonnenschirme sind kostenlos (März-Okt) und der Pool ist beheizt.

Alle unsere Unterkünfte verfügen über volle Bettwäsche, eine Waschmaschine / Trockner in der Unterkunft und eine voll ausgestattete Küche. Alles, was Sie sich Sorgen machen müssen, ist, Spaß zu haben! Great view of the beach from the property which really came in handy for my wife's grandmother. She probably spent too much time out there. We would be lucky to book this property again in the future.

This condo is actually amazing; the view is spectacular; you can see both the ocean and Santa Rosa Sound. The balcony is at the corner, connecting the master bedroom to the living room. Very spacious, all kinds of amenities, close to everything ... and more! The workers are all so nice. We definitely will be back to this condo!

It was a wonderful last minute choice I recommend this to any and everyone!!!!!!!! The best part about it was, it’s on the BEACH looking out of my balcony yiu could see the ocean and at night hear the waves crashing!!! All I can say is WOW!

Stay was great, but there are always the "buts".Condo- Beach access is a little misleading. Pictures look like you would use the one pictured, but you don't. The one in the picture is the public beach access.- Pool is on the parking lot side and not the beach side like most condos.-No fitness room-Beach umbrellas would get taken pretty quick if you didn't get out there before 10am and you may be left with a 2nd row umbrella and chairs if not.Overall, it was still not a bad place at allRoom- Room would not lock unless you type in the code again before leaving. I made them aware.-We slept in the guest bedroom b/c the Master mattress is wayyyyy too firm.-Water pressure was weak-Light switches are confusing. They work on some lamps, but not the others.Everything in the else in the room was great. The separate ice making freezer is super handy! It makes me want one.

February in Ft Walton Beach

We really enjoyed our stay at the Nautilus Condo. The room was exactly as advertised and the view of the beach and surrounding area was excellent! The balcony faces SE and has great sun in the morning. The SE balcony also protects against the strong winds that blew most of the time, (we stayed for the month of Feb.) The water heater broke down the first night we arrived and the staff had it replaced right away.

This condo fit all of our needs. The only recommendation I would have is blinds and curtains to be added to the larger bedroom. The blinds do nothing as far as keeping light out or keeping it cool. It was the warmest room in the condo.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It's a decent place to stay. I thought it was clean and had all the essentials. They place is cheaply made. Very thin doors, the facets in the shower are loose, feels like you can break things easily on accident. Too many mirrors everywhere if you have small children running around.

The office staff was amazing and recommended great places to eat - other than the touristy places. The pool was nice - sometimes a little crowded, but the bathrooms were also very clean. 2711 has an ice maker that produced enough ice for our daily yeti cooler on the beach. The beds were hard, which I would recommend replacing, but other than that it was a wonderful vacation! Will definitely be back.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very unhappy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Lovely time, weather was perfect.we rented unit 2711. This unit really needs to be updated. The blinds in the unit are messed up and need to be replaced. The living room fan did not work. The living room furniture needs to be replaced, old and nasty looking. We will not rent this unit again.
