Das 9. Etage Golf Frontansicht Gerät verfügt über alles, was Sie für einen angenehmen Strandurlaub benötigen. Die Einheit wurde August 2014 mit neuen Möbeln (Wohnzimmer, Schlafzimmer und Terrasse), Küchengeräten aus Edelstahl, Granit, und Küchenschränke aktualisiert. Das Gerät verfügt über ein Schlafzimmer und ein Badezimmer, das vier Personen bequem. Die Küche verfügt über einen großen neuen Kühlschrank, Geschirrspüler, Mikrowelle, Herd / Backofen und Kleingeräte (siehe Bilder). Der Speisesaal bietet Platz vier am Tisch und zwei in der Küche bar. Das Wohnzimmer verfügt über einen Flachbild-TV, Stereoanlage, DVD-Player, ein Queen-Schlafsofa und zwei großen Stühlen. Das Badezimmer hat neue Arbeitsplatte und eine kombinierte Dusche und Badewanne.
Das Schlafzimmer hat ein Kingsize-Bett, Kommode, zwei Nachttische, 32 "Flachbild-TV und DVD-Player. Deckenventilatoren sind sowohl im Wohn-und Schlafzimmer. Der Balkon, mit atemberaubendem Blick auf den Golf, für vier Personen am Tisch und zusätzliche Sitzgelegenheiten auf einem Liegestuhl. Fliesenboden in der gesamten Einheit mit Teppich im bedroo m. Die u nit hat auch eine Waschmaschine und Trockner.

We never got a code to get into the room and the host of the building gave us a code but it was to an occupied room. We requested a code and it took a long time to get a response and we were standing outside our room. We finally get an apology email and sent us a code but it was still wrong. Finally after standing outside for approximately 30 minutes and three trips from the the 9th story to the floor we got the correct code. When we entered the room it had a strong smell of mold.

Great Condo!

The property was clean and had been recently updated. The kitchen was stocked with all the supplies we needed for the week. We would definitely book this property for another vacation.

Vest Relaxing

Kitchen was a little beat up and I think someone had stayed in there with a cat prior to me but overall fine for the price.

Wonderful!

Had a wonderful time here. The condo was nice and clean and the veiw was stunning. Only problem was the wifi didn't work. Didn't mind to much though because we didn't really need it. Staff was very friendly and helpful. 10/10 would stay again.

Great location

Property itself was ok. Not as clean as I would prefer but then again there's no place like home. Kitchen is stocked with bare necessities...not even salt or pepper.

Wedding weekend

We had a short two night stay for a wedding. Perfect for two people. The tub needs work as it doesn’t drain. But overall it was better than a hotel. We enjoyed the pool and beach the short time we had. I would not recommend this for two couples. But either just one couple or a small family as their is a king bed and a pull out only. But, it was perfect for us as just one couple.

Fun Little Beach Trip

The Phoenix was just as advertise, easy check in, clean comfortable room. Pool was nice and the girl in charge of the chairs on the beach went over and above, always checking on us. My only issue would be the light right outside the bedroom window, need some blackout shades. We had a good time.

Overall Good Stay

We very much enjoyed our stay. It was a nice relaxing space.... does need some updating done. We met some very nice people with our stay. However there were a few maintenance items with our condo that did go unresolved but luckily did not interrupt our stay. We just wanted to ensure they were reported so we were not at blame or at fault for the issues. Did very much enjoy the keyless entry and views from the balcony.

We loved our stay at Orange Beach. The location is great and located close enough to Gulf Shores.

The unit was great it appeared to have been recently updated, was clean, and had just about everything you could need inside the unit. We will consider using this unit again. If your looking for a one bedroom consider this unit you will not be disappointed.
