Orange Beach has some of the prettiest beaches on the Gulf of Mexico. This 1BR Phoenix VII condo is unique with two sleeper sofas in the living room which allows 6 guests and is Ideal for a couple or a small family. A fully equipped kitchen that allows you to prepare meals or dine out at one of our fabulous restaurants in the area. This building has an abundant of amenities which include a large out door pool, indoor pool, hot tubs, tennis court, racquet ball court, fitness room and sauna, BBQ Grills, basketball court gazebos, and 24/7 security.

** Indoor Pool will be closed starting September 11th and Re-Opening September 15th for repairs**

Parking: You must purchase your parking passes upon arrival, they are a one time fee of $55 plus tax per vehicle. One bedroom condos are guaranteed 1 parking pass. Additional passes will be sold based on availability in the parking lot.
