Floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors connect the living room to the outdoor patio and lanai, where you’ll want to spend all your time soaking up the Florida sun. Take your meals outside to the patio table, where you can dine al fresco overlooking the green backyard. Pull up one of the loungers and watch the kids play in the large pool.


Take a walk on the wild side in the main living room, offering three couches and tasteful animal prints and decor. Made for movie nights, the secondary living room comes with a sectional couch, projection screen and wet bar complete with wine fridge.


Pulled from the pages of a design magazine, the stunning kitchen boasts solid surface counters, stainless appliances (including two refrigerators and two dishwashers!) and massive center island that seats four. Family dinners take on a whole new meaning around the huge 16-person dining table just off the kitchen.


The glamorous first bedroom comes with a posh king bed and sleek black furniture. The en-suite bathroom has a tub/shower combination and convenient door out to the pool and patio. Also located on the first floor, the second bedroom has a queen bed and a Jack'n Jill shared bathroom with the 3rd bedroom featuring a queen size bed.


Upstairs, the fourthy bedroom acts as another master suite with a king bed and en-suite bathroom with double sinks and walk-in shower. Bedroom #5 has a king bed and soothing green color scheme, while bedrooms #6 and #7 each has a set of full-over-full bunk beds.


The home’s tasteful and laid-back style flows into the last two bedrooms, each with a king bed and an en-suite bathroom.

As a guest of Solterra Resort, you have access to a resort-caliber pool plus an amenities center. The home has easy access to Interstate 4, so you can be at Walt Disney World in less than 20 minutes and Universal Studios and SeaWorld in 30 minutes. Plus, there are tons of dining options, retail stores and two grocery stores just five minutes away.


Optional pool heat is available for $25/day + tax. We would recommend adding pool heat to your reservation between the months of November and April.
