Walk to clubhouse. Solterra Resort community pool with a water slide & lazy river, & a private pool/spa. Ideally suited for families sharing or a family get together, this modern family home is the perfect vacation villa. Solterra Resort is 15 minutes to Disney with Interstate 4 only 3-5 minutes from the entrance.

FIRST FLOOR
A Large, and a spacious open plan design with room for everyone to spread out and have their own space. Open plan living / dining / kitchen area provides the hub of the home and leads outside to a private covered pool and spa with Free Pool /Spa Heat for reservations May 1st -September 15th. Other times optional heat is $30 per daily, or Spa Heat Only at $17.50 per day. Step through into the kitchen that comes fully equipped to cook up breakfast, lunch & dinner with Keurig & all the appliances, cookware & utensils you could need. Make your own Mickey Waffles! Creates 6 mickey waffles. Pour 3 on the top, flip & then pour 3 more on the bottom. Kids will LOVE these waffles!! Waffle batter dispenser provided as well! Off the kitchen is the generous dining room that seats 10 guests with additional seating up at the sleek breakfast bar. Don’t feel like cooking? Treat your guests to a night out with countless restaurants just minutes away.
Slide open the glass doors to create a seamless indoor/outdoor space that steps out onto the covered lanai, alfresco dining and a gorgeous resort style pool and spa.
Additionally, Downstairs are 2 bedrooms;
Bedroom 1: Master King with ensuite bathroom with Freestanding shower and oversized tub that has a private exit to the pool. Ceiling fan & Supersized TV
Bedroom 2: with a King sized bed with private bathroom with freestanding Shower. Ceiling fan & Supersized TV
One half bath off kitchen for the rest of guests to use without entering a bedroom.

SECOND FLOOR
Take the stairs up to the second level.
Here you will also find a second living Room with Luxe leather sectional sofa that surround the big screen TV and Fusstable – an ideal hangout area for teens and kids giving the adults a chance to unwind downstairs.

Upstairs, there are 5 additional bedrooms including
Bedroom 3: King sized bedroom with Private bathroom freestanding Shower and tub,
Bedroom 4&5: 2 Queen sized beds Bedroom with Jack & Jill Bathroom Shared with adjoining a bedroom with two full beds.
Bedroom 6: 2 Twin beds Frozen Themed
Bedroom 7: a Mickey & Minnie themed Children's bunkbed room, with 2 sets of bunkbeds that sleeps 4.
Additional full bathroom off upstairs living room.

Free Pool /Spa Heat for reservations May 1st -September 15th. Other times optional heat is $30 per daily, or Spa heat Only at $17.50 per day.
Please send your pool heat request 3 days before your arrival so that pool can be preheated.
The pool heater must be turned on for the full duration of your stay.
Spa requires pool heat to be warm. Pool heat is an extra service not included in your rent, and is subject to weather conditions. There will be no refunds should the pool heat be unable to keep up or for any reason unable to be provided.

Driveway with parking for 4 midsized cars in driveway. Additional street parking in marked spots with permit from security gate. Subject to availability.


RESORT AMENITIES

Effective September 1, 2023: Solterra Resort has a Leisure Patron Resort Fee payable on-site by credit card. The fee is $35 plus tax for up to 12 guests, and $45 plus tax for 12+ guests per household per stay. The fee grants access to the resort pool, lazy river, gym, & tennis courts. If you are not using the resort amenities, the fee will not apply.

Terms and Conditions
By making a reservation you are entering into a legal rental contract with the property
owner, the management company Floridian Vacation Homes, and therefore
agree to and are bound by Management terms and conditions:
Terms and Conditions of Rental
• This rental agreement provides our standard terms and conditions of all property rentals for Guests.
• I must notify property manager within two (2) hours of arrival if there is any existing damage to the property or any notable conditions.
• I understand that I am responsible for the cost of any damages sustained to the property, décor or its contents during the stay; this includes the moving of items to another property, breakage or any excessive cleaning charges incurred during my stay.
Payment Terms and Conditions
• The final payment will be billed to your credit card on file unless other payment arrangements have been made.
• A $500 authorization hold may be put on your credit card and may be used to cover damage, breakage, and loss to any of the home contents. Management company has completed its inventory and occupancy report. Guests are liable for all damage and loss to the vacation homes during their stay. Optional $2000 Accidental Damage Waiver is available for purchase prior to check in.

Property Occupancy Terms
• By Florida State Law, occupancy may not exceed what is posted for each home. The maximum occupancy excludes children under the age of three years old.
• The property is provided for general vacation use only. Vacation rentals may not to be used for events or group gatherings that exceed occupancy. Only Guests’ whose names are on the Rental Agreement are authorized to stay in the home. Any Guest having events or group gatherings in the home or exceeding the numbers of authorized Guests will be immediately evicted without a refund.
• The guest agrees to abide by all HOA association rules, including but not limited to a quiet time of 10 pm to 7 am, parking rules and no events policy. Note, Resort HOA are
guarded and gated 24/7 to monitor resort access.
• If during the rental period, any law or ordinance is violated, or the property is used for any immoral purpose, occupancy will be immediately terminated without refund.
• The Guest making the reservation must be 22 years of age or older and must occupy the rental property for the entire term of stay booked for the reservation.
