The pool was great! My family really enjoyed it. The ages range from 8 to 40 the house was suitable for everyone. It was very clean and spacious enough. The communication was awesome and anytime I had a question it was answered in a timely manner. We will definitely rebook at this location again for next year.

The house was perfect for our large group and did not disappoint! The property was nice and the neighborhood was very clean. We enjoyed being able to stay at the house and swim, cook and walk to the larger pool on more relaxed days. It was so nice to be close to all things Disney within short distances we could be at a park or shopping. Beaches were also relatively close as well. Overall it was a wonderful experience! We will totally do this again! Thank you!

The host was very responsive and friendly, and they made our stay at the property very pleasant. The previous negative reviews were not fair based on the condition of the house when we stayed. The house was spacious enough to comfortably accommodate our group of 28. It is a great estate with many amenities to enjoy if you prefer to stay in rather than go out. We would definitely stay at this property again if our group travels to Orlando in the future.

The carpet had dried up things it in. Sheets had stains on them. Gatorade bottles found under furniture upstairs . It was as if the upstairs wasn’t cleaned in a long time. There is garbage littered on the grass, up against the fence, in the driveway, and front yards. The kitchen was not stocked with cooking utensils or baking pans. The air hockey did not work and the arcade was in pieces in the garage. Upstairs couch was falling apart. Downstairs couch was worn out and very uncomfortable. Not at all what was advertised. Air was off when we got here and took several hours to be comfortable in the house. The hot water worked. The pool was clean and a comfortable temp. Communication was good with texting- However- nothing was done to fix anything or correct the situation.

Great location, nice pool, plenty of room. 2 nice size refrigerators, which was needed for our size group. However, carpet floors felt dirty/greasy, had little to no towels, and bathroom curtains were too short and notbwide enough.

Family Fun

The home was a very good stay for my family. It was spacious and relaxing. There were a few minor issues with appliances that the host made an attempt to address right away. We will absolutely book again

Lots of space

The house was great for us. My entire team and staff was able to stay at the house with no issues. Will definitely look to re book here again.

Very nice property

Great property!! Clean and everything was brand new, very nice area The manager JC awesome!!’ Definitely a 5 ⭐️ manager!! I been in many vacation rentals but definitely this was the best of all. I recommend it!!!

Golf trip

Great spot for our golf group. House met our needs extremely well. It probably could use some sprucing up but no major issues

Disney vacation 2023

Very nice and roomy but I would love for the twin beds to have been a little higher off the floor and more full size beds than twin beds but overall I loved the house beautiful

Family gathering for Spring Break

The house is spacious, the neighborhood is nice, we had plenty of room for everyone. The Host was prompt with responding to me before and during my stay. The communication was EXCELLENT! I would recommend adding a few more kitchen cooking utensils and the mattresses on some of the bed are not comfortable but overall it met the needs of our family, I would stay again in this home.
