We would like to clarify a couple of points for future guests. Our listing clearly states that parking is not included with the rental and that parking passes must be purchased separately. The listing also explains the starter supplies provided with the property. Our housekeeping company provides one round of each item. These items are intended as a starter supply, and guests are advised to bring or purchase additional supplies for the remainder of their stay. Items such as salt, pepper, tissues, and other food or personal-use products are not included. We’re sorry the location of the pavilion roofs and proximity to the pool were not what you expected. The listing photos are intended to accurately represent the condo and its views, including the pavilion roofs visible from the balcony. We also appreciate your comments regarding the kitchen and grilling utensils and will share those suggestions with the property owner. Thank you again for your feedback.
