Summary:
Nice 2 bedroom condo 1 block away to beach. Clean pool in back.

2 bedroom/2.5 bathroom in 4 plex w/ high 12 foot ceilings, granite & stainless + small well equipped kitchen.

Washer/dryer. Sleeping is King in Master, Adult sized bunk beds (full sized) in 2nd bedroom, small fold out couch in living.

50 yards to restaurants & bars yet quiet. Modern furniture. Inside like new. Perfect for families. 2nd floor. WIFI

The Space:
Condo is very clean inside - all tile no carpeting if allergies. Uniquely has en suite full bathrooms off each bedroom plus a half bath off living room if kiddos sleep on the small fold down couch. The washer/dryer is so nice to use to go home with clean clothes & less work after a "tiring" vacation! :)

High 12 foot ceilings. Pool in back is private to the 4 condos here & very clean. 1 easy block walk to public beach access, walk to Clayton's Beach Bar, Kellys Irish Pub, Ted's for breakfast, Parrot Eyes for water sports or Fish Tacos, BurgerFi for organic cheeseburgers.

Big flat screen TVs, cable, wifi, Ice Cold AC after a long day at the beach to relax in. The Hart Boys welcome you to our little beach retreat on South Padre Island.

The kitchen has granite and older stainless appliances, though it is somewhat small it is equipped with all you need for simple fun, family meals. There is a small private balcony that overlooks the street but is quite nice to hang out on in the evening.

Road in front of property is under construction and gravel at this time until Aug 1, 2024 per the City of South Padre. Please be aware of some construction dust from time to time

Big flat screen smart TV in living room to login to your favorite streaming TV - please note I do not have local cable however. Master also has a large flat screen. Kiddos will love the bunk beds.

While we have the best available Internet/wifi from spectrum they are the only provider on the island and up time and coverage can be spotty at times we want you to be aware of that

If you can't find the network name SouthPadreTrips it's usually means we had a power outage and when the power comes back on It typically defaults the router to the factory network name and password, which is located on a sticker on top of the router.

Generally, if you reboot the router by unplugging it for a few minutes and plugging it back in it will pop up

We provide all linens, towels, starter pack of soaps & trash bags.

I'm a Father to 2 boys ages 9 & 12 & feel I know what families seek for nice stay near the beach - FUN :) I am the personal Owner though I do own a property management agency. I handle it all for you.

There are 2 off the street parking spaces, and I do allow up to 8 people here though bring some extra bedding / airbed if more than 6.

This property and listing does require a few things after the booking is made on Airbnb:

1.) You must additionally assure against damages by either agreeing to pay a 1 time $59 damage coverage protection plan fee (not refundable) to assure against damages

You may choose to do a fully refundable $500 damage deposit. You must do one or the other to book this property and stay here
We bill for either via the Airbnb resolution center prior to arrival. Again, these are fully disclosed for guest convenience as many HOAs are very strict on coverage plans.

Our listing again, REQUIRES that the primary tenant is 25 years of age or older to book & must be present at check in. You MUST contact us prior to booking if you are not 25 - no exceptions - though it IS POSSIBLE sometimes with additional requirements.

2.) Please take note we do require an E sign rental agreement with an attached photo ID after booking is made, We require to maintain our City of South Padre Island Rental License a signed rental agreement you may esign by docusign prior to arrival to be checked in with door code therefore you must provide your email address. You must attach a pic of your photo ID OR upload to Airbnb messaging to age verify as 25 years of age or older. If you are not 25, we do NOT allow you to book unless you contact us first :) though it may be possible with additional requirements

Please note: Washer and dryer in unit do not work at this time we are waiting for a backorder.

Guest Access:
**Fun pool area that is 3 to 5 feet deep for kiddos

**2 included off street parking spaces that are back to back (not side by side) so if you have a boat trailer with a pickup truck it will in fact fit off street

**Public beach access is 1 city block + about 40 yards away. Ez access

** High speed Wifi in condo, cable TV, and a DVD player in living room. Bring your Xbox or Playstation for your teens.

**This is a non party unit with a max of 8 guests allowed. Must be 25 years of age or older to rent if not...I still will rent to you but you must do both the $500 refundable damage deposit AND the $59 damage cover plan and all house rules still apply.

The Neighborhood:
The Island is very safe. Please do lock the condo and your vehicles as hey...be smart & safe. The property is super well lit.

One of the great perks of my condo is it is so close to many great bars and restaurants yet removed enough so no noise from them. Kelly's Irish Pub is the late night hot spot to drink and serves food until 12 midnight.

The beach is only a block away. Clayton's Beach Bar is less than 1 mile. Ted's (a cafe) is about 150 yards away killer breakfast tacos and pecan pancakes. Parrot Eyes has stand up paddle board rentals, parasailing & jet ski rentals as well as solid fish tacos & is just 170 yards away. Burgerfi for teens is grass fed organic burgers 150 to 200 yards away.

The beach is a 5 minute walk with free public beach access just north of the Inverness complex.

Getting Around:
You can drive but.....City owned Island Transit buses pick up across the street at Casa Bella hotel every 45 mins FREE of charge, about 8 am to 8 pm though schedule does vary and is not super reliable.

City Taxi is the best cab company owned by Island fixture Martin Cantu, $7 if alone to go anywhere or $3 per person if 3 or more they get there in minutes 24 hours a day google him as airbnb won't let me post phone numbers.

Uber/lyft generally no drivers available, but feel free to try!

Interaction with Guests:
While I don't interact with guests, I started/founded the largest tour operation to South Padre Island and live 50% of the year here. I only mention this as I feel I have a great deal of experience making people happy having fun when they book with me!

Ask any question I can probably answer it about the Island as a true local....from where to catch the best fishing guide at to what to order BY each restaurant (I'm a foodie).

My boys and I love the Island. They never want to leave & my condo is warm & inviting!
