Guests have full access to the entire unit. You`ll enjoy a seamless, contact-free check-in process with keyless entry. Prior to your arrival, we’ll send you an access code for easy entry.

You will enjoy your privacy, however, you’re always welcome to contact us if you have any questions or concerns. We’re here to make your stay as pleasurable as possible.

We highly recommend trip insurance through Airbnb or a 3rd party company that the guest is responsible to source in case of bad weather. We always resort to are cancellation policy in the event of natural disasters.

We ask that you take care of the home as if it were your own. We hope to provide a great space for all guests to unwind and relax during their time here!

Families and children of all ages are very welcome but the house is not “child proofed” so you must ensure your own child’s safety.

***Visitors
- If you wish to have visitors over, that is any person not on the original booking, then you need to advise us through the platform and this is subject to approval.
- No visitor is allowed on the property after 9pm, any person wishing to stay after 9pm will be chargeable at the extra guest rate.
- The number of guests and visitors must not surpass the occupancy level for the property.

Trash pick-up is every Monday morning. If your stay included Sunday night, please place the trash bins by the mailbox for pick-up. If your stay extends through Tuesday, kindly return the bins to the side of the house after collection.
- Must be 25 years of age to book this property.
- Please no shoes on the carpet/area rug.
- To avoid expensive cleaning charges and to be kind to the environment, we ask that you do not use glitter or confetti in the house.
- No smoking around or anywhere near the premises.
- No illegal substances.
- No drugs, firearms or weapons allowed on premises.
- No visitors stays overnight without a reservation on booking.
- This house is located in a quiet neighborhood surrounded by local residents. In order to respect these permanent residents and neighborhood, there are a few rules to be aware of:
*Zero tolerance for parties. in the event nearby neighbors complain, the reservation will be terminated without any refund.
*Strict quiet hours between 9:00 pm - 7:00am.
