Erstaunliche Ansichten von diesem Strandhaus. Sehr wünschenswerte Lage direkt am Meer. Schaukelstuhl Veranda. Das Haus ist 3 Schlafzimmer, 2 Bäder. Beinhaltet 2 Kingsize-Betten und 2 Einzelbetten. Gratis Wifi. Das aufgelistete Objekt ist die Suite auf der obersten Etage. Dieses Haus hat einen professionell angelegten Hof und einen Parkplatz. Wir sind nur wenige Blocks von der Promenade mit zahlreichen Geschäften und Restaurants entfernt. Nur wenige Blocks vom Haus entfernt befindet sich der Yachthafen mit täglichen Abfahrten zu Angelcharter, Sonnenuntergangskreuzfahrten, Dinner-Kreuzfahrten und Bootsverleih. Wir haben einen Spülbereich auf dem Achterdeck. Auch auf dem Achterdeck bieten wir einen Grill. Alle Betten und Möbel sind brandneu. Wir bieten alle Bettwäsche. Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet mit Töpfen, Pfannen, Tassen und Utensilien. Ein brandneuer Edelstahl-Geschirrspüler, ein Herd und ein Kühlschrank sind ebenfalls vorhanden. Alle Schlafzimmer haben Kabelfernsehen mit Flachbildschirm an der Wand! Wir bieten eine Frontlader Waschmaschine und Trockner in der Waschküche. Dieses Haus wird sehr sauber gehalten und kann ein perfekter Urlaub sein.

Super clean and absolutely wonderful place to stay. Went with some work friends and a weekend was not long enough. Perfect location to beach and all around it. The beds were out of this world and so comfortable. The owner kept in contact and was super easy and friendly. Would highly recommend this place.

The home was exactly as listed: Clean, spacious, modern, stocked with amenities, and just steps from the beach via a private boardwalk. Our group was very pleased with the home and had zero complaints. We will definitely consider staying here again for future beach trips.

Beautiful property

We love everything about this property. Ocean front with its own beach access, huge covered patio on the back side of the house, beautifully decorated, and it is north of the Boardwalk so the beach wasn’t as crowded. Will definitely visit this property again!!

1st and most appalling: Owner is an insurance scammer. He filed a bedding insurance claim against us over damage not from us.2nd: The house is multiple levels, which honestly I did not notice at time of booking. I had to go knock on the downstairs door at 10:45pm because the other renters were being so loud. I could hear their music thumping through my pillow. They were kind and by the time I got back to bed, I never heard another sound. 3rd: Owners call and have a conversation with you. Then they set up a group text and asked for your ID to check in. After sending my ID multiple times the code was finally sent in a long text. They made it much more difficult than necessary to check in.4th: The house was not as clean as they claim. Side table had cobwebs and dust all on the bottom. 5th: A man cleaning walked in our house Saturday (our stay was Fri-sun) around 11am and said “Wrong house” to my 8 year old who saw him. 6th: We all had to use 1 shower because one shower doesn’t have a light. Location is great.

Awesome Property & Location Right On Beautiful Carolina Beach!!

I was very satisfied with my recent stay at this property! It was everything as advertised. The property was immaculate and was equipped with all the necessary modern amenities. Each of the bedrooms are nicely furnished with large comfortable beds along with big screen televisions.This beautiful property sits within feet of the Atlantic Ocean and uncrowded Carolina Beach is accessible by a private walkway. You do not even have to leave the property in order to take in the absolutely astonishing sunrise! This property is situated close to many fine restaurants and necessary stores. The property owners were very accessible by phone and were wonderful in how they prepared me for my visit! Overall, I was absolutely pleased with my stay at this beautiful property on the ocean! I would love to go back sometime in the future and highly recommend this property for anyone looking for a wonderful stay by the ocean!

Very nice property and location by the beach

The house is very nice and has everything you need for a comfortable stay by the beach. You have direct access to a quiet stretch of beach, with few other people around. The location is perfect for a scenic walk along the beach into downtown. Brian, our host, was very responsive and helpful. We definitely recommend renting this property!

Beach Home away from home

Traveled with two friends for a girls reunion and this is such a beautiful, relaxing spot in Carolina Beach! Quiet residential area and beach was not crowded. You can hear noise from downstairs unit pretty clearly. (Bring noise machines if you're easily woken.) Front bedrooms face the ocean with lovely views. No curtains on windows so it gets bright after sunrise- bring a sleeping mask if that bothers you.Master bath is huge with two sinks. 2nd bath- Very narrow tub and toilet area, tub is higher elevation so take caution when getting out of the shower onto the floor, or hold onto the wall.Kitchen is well equipped with cooking utensils, dishware, and appliances. You will need condiments such as salt/pepper and butter/oil. Has both a drip Coffee maker and Keurig for convenience. You will need to buy your own coffee. Water pressure is great and hot water heats up fast. Cooling/heating is efficient with modern thermostat controls. Very comfortable beds in all rooms. We didn't travel with our kids but the twin beds are pretty high up for toddlers (fine for older kids & adults). There is a playhouse/day bed in entry/laundry room that would sleep one small child with a toddler mattress.Private walkway just steps to the beach was amazing! Terrific communication with the host once we arrived in the area, easy check-in directions, and convenient parking at the house with other options in town. Thanks again for everything!

Perfect in every way!

Comfortable beds, quality linens and bedding. Well stocked kitchen. Plenty of room. Lots of outdoor space and decks. The deck furnished with rocking chairs overlooking the ocean is a true gem. Friendly and helpful owner. I highly recommend this home and I will be a repeat customer.

Awesome Location

Great house right on the beach. Easy walking access to town. We loved walking to the local coffee mart for breakfast!Comfy beds, towels, and linens. This is a shared unit with the lower level, but it felt like we had the place to ourselves with the two porches.

Girls Get Away!

We had a great ‘girls’ get away. We are 65-70 age group and it was perfect for the 3 of us.Owner was responsive and house was nicely furnished and very clean. The beds were very comfortable. Make sure to hit Burgers and Bites while you are there. Delicious burgers!Great ocean views!

We had a great trip despite the recent and uncommon snow storm in the area, the house was as stated in the listing. The only issue we ran into was the stairs being extremely slick due to the snow and the property manager quickly took care of it. We would definitely stay here again.

Excellent location, Responsive owners, great view

Enjoyed easy walk to beach-walking & to restaurants. Master bedroom king mattress is soft and other king mattress is less soft for those looking for more back support. Owners very responsive to questions and we have no complaints regarding this upper level rental property. Very clean. Very relaxing. Great porches. Bring wine or champagne glasses if wanting to have them. We utilized some stemless glasses.
