This Home is situated in the desirable Gulf Beaches of St. George island, which means you can use your 15% Golf Cart Rental (included with this home), and drive a golf cart all week long to your favorite restaurants, ice cream shops, and even to the Beach and SGI Lighthouse! This Rental also included 15% off Beach Chair Rentals, Bicycle Rentals, Kayak Rentals, Stand up paddleboard rentals all delivered with free pickup and delivery to your door!

Bicycle path runs the full length of the Island and is literally steps from this Property along Gulf Beach Drive. Take the Bike path down to the shops or to the beach.

Nearby attractions: This home is only a short ride, drive, or walk from the 6th East Pine avenue Bayside Nature Reserve, where you can walk the private paths to the beach and encounter hundred's of Fiddler Crabs moving together, Estuary Birds and Cranes, and even get into some great Bayside Fishing behind the East Sandbars!

SGI State Park is also located on this homes side and is only a 4 minute car ride to the gate! This is the longest beachfront state park in the state of Florida, with many Private pull offs to the Beach and Private Boardwalks to the Bayside of SGI. Campground Nature trail to the tip of rattlesnake Cove sandbar is a great trip for the Explorer. Also, my personal favorite is the East end access to through the State Park!!. This is hands down 1 of the Top 2 spots to Fish on SGI. Just ask for the East end gate code at the guard shack, fill out the paper work, and drive to the Most Secluded location on SGI where there is the most untouched Beach on the Island and Deep Water to fish right from the Beach! There are also locations where the water is shallow and Great for the Kids to play. Sea Shells Galore!

Discounts are given at Jolly Roger Beach Shop of St. George Island for all merchandise inside, and all rentals outside. **Fishing Charters are not discounted**
