Welcome to AFTER-DUNE DELIGHT, a 4-bedroom 3.5 bath custom-built home that sleeps 8 comfortably. This spacious home is over 3,200 sq ft. and is only a 2-3 minute EASY walk to the boardwalk leading to the beautiful beaches of St George Island, and a little over a mile to the center of âtownâ (shops/restaurants) making it a GREAT location!.
The home features a well-equipped open-concept kitchen (ocean-views!) with updated stainless steel appliances. Enjoy the large living area with multiple sitting areas,a 65â wall mounted smart tv, large dining room table that seats 10, as well a game table (seats 4), and a bar that seats four. You will find smart tv's in all bedrooms and the living area. You will find TWO king master bedrooms on the main level! One room has a king sized bed, two walk-in closets, ensuite bath with garden jacuzzi tub, separate shower and dual vanities. Main level also has another king bedroom with a king sized bed (pictures coming soon) and a full bath. The kitchen, dining, living room, laundry room and a half bath are also located on the main floor. The main level opens up to a wide sun deck that wraps around the home. Both main level bedrooms open to deck. There are two bedrooms upstairs one with a queen bed, the other with two twin beds and they share a full bath. Both rooms open to a covered balcony with exceptional views the Gulf of Mexico!
The home has been updated with tile and luxury vinyl plank flooring throughout- NO MORE CARPET!
We are also dog-friendly!
We have a closet stocked with numerous games and puzzles for children and adults, as well as books for all.
The island bike path is located directly across the street and is perfect for morning or evening walks/bike rides.
Enjoy the private outdoor pool which key locks from both entrances to ensure the safety of children (pool can be HEATED for an additional $350 per stay except the months of December, January & February), park-style charcoal grill, and an outdoor shower. Golf carts, which can be rented, can be driven directly from the home. They are not allowed on Gulf Beach Drive, however, the side street is one house down in which you would access the golf-cart friendly roads.
