Relax in our updated villa with a “coastal feel”. The Resort is located mid Island on the Atlantic Ocean with miles of white sandy beach. Experience all Hilton Head Resort has to offer with many amenities on site. 3 pools, one is an indoor pool with heated pool/spa, kiddie pool, tennis courts badminton, bicycling, volleyball, surfing, picnic area along with on site store and restaurant by the main pool A private boardwalk takes you To the beach access which is a 7-10 min walk . During season there is also a beach shuttle which is complimentary. Coco’s bar and grill located on the ocean for good snacks and food. The Robert Trent Jones golf course is located right next door.

Great property in and excellent location. Host was very communicative and helpful. Kitchen was set with everything we needed. Beds are very comfortable. She supplies a wagon which makes the walk to the beach a breeze. Unfortunately we had a family emergency and had to cut our stay short but we will be back.

Wonderful

Not sure how anyone couldn't have a grand stay in hhi, but the older hh resort has it all and then some...... perfect for the whole family. We enjoyed every minute of our stay, short walk to beach, coco's, indoor pool, outdoor pool, convenience of the hh resort location!! It's still going strong there!!

The condo was exactly as described. A/C worked FANTASTIC!! The kitchen is pretty well stocked. Dealing with Theresa was super easy. She even offered me an early check in because she had the availability, unfortunately we were coming in from Cincinnati and couldn't take advantage of it! I was worried the indoor pool would be noisy. You could hear it from the living room area but couldn't hear anything from the bedrooms. I was also worried the humidity and heat from the indoor pool would make it unbearably hot in the building and in our room. It didn't affect us at all! And the outdoor pool in building 1 is super nice and very large! However, a couple things to keep in mind. The queen size bed in the "guest" room is hard as a rock! Lol! And while the walk to the beach is decently pleasant, it is close to 1/2 a mile, and the "shuttle" was very iffy on times. The times available changed from day to day. All in all, I would absolutely stay here again. Also, there was a beach wagon and a few chairs & beach toys available. We only used the wagon so I'm not totally sure what all was there, but there seemed to be a good supply.

Condo was clean and decorated nice.But the lack of clothing storage area was terrible. The owners had their stuff stored in the dressers with locks on the doors therefore the renters didn’t have anywhere to unpack and put their stuff in one bedroom. The other bedroom had a small storage area with 4 cloth drawers to unpack their belongings in. The closets were small and full of beach toys. The manager of the condo was very sympathetic and was trying to resolve the problems. My other issue was clean towels. If you stay in this resort you need to know they do not have any maid service. You will have to wash your own towels in the coin laundry or bring your own towels with you. You are provide with a few towels to get you thru a day or two. But after that you will need to wash you own towels. There are no washers in the condos so you will have to use the coin laundry in the building. This was my first experience with washing my towels on vacation. it was almost 4 to wash 4 towels and 2 wash cloths and the same to dry. They never dryed. We had to take them to the condo and hang them over the chairs to finsih drying after the drying cycle was over. RIDICULOUS!!!!!! Never have I experienced this! But over all our stay was good. We will visit Hilton Head again maybe find a different location. The manger of the condo assured me that she was taking care of the issues we had for future renters and was really nice.

Melissa thank you for your concerns. i have since then cleaned out the closet with beach accessories and put them on the patio. added a storage rack in the closet i’m also sorry you didn’t know the washer and dryers are not in the units. there is a laundry room in each building. Great Location

I stayed in Bld #3, the indoor pool area. My room was very clean and cute. Although the pool area could get loud in the living room, it was completely quiet when entering the bedrooms. I was surprised that where was extra trash bags in the trash can. Plenty of bathroom toiletries and towels for my entire stay. This was about 1400 steps from the beach which was great. A shuttle was available if that was too far for you to walk.The only thing that bothered me was a slight smell, I believe it just needed a dehumidifier. The property manager was extremely nice and went above and beyond. She asked me about my stay and if i needed anything and gave me tips on where to see the best and closest spot to watch the fireworks. Parking was nice, security was always at the gate.

Everything was great. We love the place. Plan on going back. Teresa was great to work with very communicative. Property was clean and easy access. Would happily stay here again, but I will list a couple of things that I wasn’t entirely thrilled about.Starting with the good, the beds were good. Honestly, that’s probably the most important thing to me. We slept well and were comfortable. Also, the air conditioning worked well, so we had cool nights in our rooms. There were nice large mugs and a Keurig for coffee which we greatly appreciated. We did have some trouble with the television; however, that seems to be due to a storm on our first day, and it was cleared up quickly. The bathrooms are small, but they were fine. Sundries were provided, as well as two bath towels for each of us. We only had one beach towel, however. There is lots of beach equipment, which I’m sure a family would appreciate.Minor negatives; the thing that bugged me the most was that I had no place to put away my clothes. There was some room in the closet for hanging things, but there were no drawers. I literally had to keep my clothes in the server in the the kitchen. There is a dresser in the room where I stayed, but it is locked and for owner use only. Since we were here for 10 days, a dresser was really needed.Other than that, I did not realize when we rented this room that it was in the building with the inside pool. Apparently I didn’t read correctly. This is fine except that the pool can get loud, and it is open until 11 at night.Other than that, we had a great stay and would happily return.

Kim appreciate your review but i’m gonna correct a few things. quite hour is 10 pm. had you let me know. I would have called security for you. also the master bedroom has a storage area and shelves with baskets and closet ? so i’m not sure why you didn’t have clothes space, also if you look back at the check in information i sent. if you I said “ don’t forget your beach towels “ and sunscreen. as you saw we provide many beach accessories. not beach towels. we can’t keep up with them. they are stolen lost. again had a known these things I would of addressed. as i did with the tv. i really enjoyed having you and would love to have you back again thanks for your review Take Care Teresa Property Manager
