Welcome to Magic Encounter Villa our Amazing Fun Themed 8 bedroom home located in the prestigious ChampionsGate Resort. It has incredible community amenities and checks the box for anyone looking to mix relaxation with fun at the parks and golf courses. We chose this house because of its proximity to the parks, golfing and walkability to Oasis Clubhouse. The clubhouse provides access to a lazy river, water slides, kids splash pad, adult pool, movie theater, gym, video arcade, and restaurant/bar!

Yes! Everything was clean we just had issues with the remote controls in a couple of bedrooms and couldn’t watch tv. We also we unable to watch a movie in the Thea room.

Highly recommend! Dan was great. We had a minor gate issue (completely our fault), and he still answered the phone at 12am to help us out—amazing service! We had 16 people and plenty of room. Even with additional family visiting, there was still tons of space. Would absolutely stay here again.

We had such an enjoyable time for my wife’s birthday weekend. The house is large and comfortable.Our host worked to respond quickly and was able to solve our gate issue effectively. The Gate system is quite strict. Make sure to use government names that match a form of ID when names are added to the Gate pass system.If you are a group that goes through a lot of towels make sure to bring your own as there are limited bath/pool towels, and no hand towel towels.We utilized all the bedrooms, the movie room, the pool, the game room, and cooked many meals. Once settled in, it was easy to feel very comfortable. I absolutely recommend this property. Especially if you have a large group like we did and can use the space.Thank you for a wonderful stay!

The place was not clean. Then saw a roach in the bathroom sink. The property manager says it happens during the summer when it rains a lot. The WiFi didn’t work so the tv didn’t work. And the jacuzzi didn’t work either. Glad it was only a short stay. Would not stay here again.

The house is awesome, ideal place for big families. There's a lot of hang out spaces fit for all interests. We were a big group with babies and children and never felt crowded. Rooms are comfortably distributed throughout the house, lots of tvs, sitting areas and open space for play. The pool is great too, kids were in it for hours a time, and receives plenty of sunlight during the day. Very few pool towels provided, we had to buy.The clubhouse is a great alternative to hang out, several pools, slides, lazy river is super fun, although check in is super strict and has to be done daily. A comfortable waking distance from the house too.Packages were delivered to the front door and trash picked up daily, the neighborhood is very family oriented, nicely kept, mostly quiet and a short drive from disney parks.Could do better on cleanliness, especially the floors, under couches and beds. Kitchen is low on utensils, cutlery and cookware considering the amount of people that the house can host. We had to buy a bunch of stuff. Some lamps and fans did not work but was not an issue for us since we were not using all the bedrooms. Communication with host was difficult before check in, I had a few questions and did not receive answers until check in day, which made me kind of nervous, but all was in order and my questions eventually answered. During our stay, communication was fluid.Nevertheless, I would choose this house to stay again, already planning to come back next year.

We are extremely disappointed with our stay at this property. From the moment we arrived, the property was nowhere near the standard we expected. The toilets were dirty with stickers and stains still on them, there were pet hairs on the chairs, and even matted hair left in the kitchen sink. The floors were filthy—my son’s socks turned completely black just from walking around.To make matters worse, the game room had a horrible smoking smell that made the space unusable. We also had no hand towels and could tell the home had been rushed and not properly cleaned before our arrival.This was a major inconvenience for me and my family, especially after traveling and expecting a comfortable, clean environment. For the price we paid, this experience was unacceptable. I would not book this property again, and I hope the host takes these issues seriously for future guests. Hopefully this host know how to handle a situation like this better next time. The cleaning ppl can the next day to clean! Smh

Do not waste your money on this VRBO — you and your family will be greatly disappointed. We had a very upsetting stay, and many issues we experienced were things the host was already aware of before we even checked in. He had informed us that he had submitted a claim with VRBO.When we arrived, there was a strong smell of cigarettes and marijuana in the game room, making it unusable for our group. On top of that, about half of the games in the room were either broken or not functioning properly. The pool safety gate was broken, and we noticed several other items throughout the home that were damaged or not working.Cleanliness was one of the biggest problems. The house felt very dirty upon arrival. We found garbage in the bathrooms, under beds, and in closets, and even discovered a used pair of underwear on the floor. We also saw both live and dead roaches during our stay. The towels did not appear clean, and the floors were so dirty that our white socks turned black within minutes. There were hairballs, dust, and debris throughout the home.Another serious concern was the condition of the smoke detectors, with some unplugged, broken, or beeping.Because of the odors, the level of dirt, and the amount of broken or malfunctioning items, half of our group ended up leaving early, which was extremely disappointing and not at all what we expected when booking this stay.I cannot in good conscience recommend this property based on our experience.

The house is decent, its very spacious and comfortable. But, its also very dusty and it appears they don't clean around and under things after people leave. The term "rode hard and put away wet" comes to mind with this house as many things are falling apart or close to it. The kitchen is bare bones equipped and it was just ok for our smaller party in this big house. Larger parties would definitely have issues. We arrived the first day and immediately found that the coffee pot was missing the carafe. We sent a message to the manager and was told one was ordered and it would be there the next morning. It never arrived after 3 days, even after multiple messages were sent. This was a big deal to us as it required us to leave every morning for coffee and that was not very convenient. We would have handled it different but we were led on every day that the new one was coming. It never did. The pool was clean but some of the outdoor furniture was broken and unusable as well as dirty. We did enjoy being within walking distance to the Oasis Resort Pool. The resort was nice and definitely a plus. The game room was decent, the basketball game was broken and that was a bummer. Everything else seem to work. Overall, this house is just OK.
