Hello,I wanted to reach out regarding our recent stay at the property in Florida. I want to start by saying that ChampionsGate is a beautiful, clean community, and my family and I really enjoyed the amenities at The Oasis and The Retreat. Those areas were exactly as advertised.Unfortunately, the condition of the home itself was disappointing and did not match the photos or description on Vrbo. There was significant wear and tear throughout the house, including stained and worn furniture that appeared to need replacement or updating. The dryer was also not working, along with other items that needed attention. We booked the home well in advance and had already made significant plans for our family trip, so once we arrived, we decided to make the best of the situation. Several family members expressed concerns about the condition of the home, but we did our best not to let it affect our vacation.Overall, we were disappointed because the home did not look or feel like what was represented in the listing. I believe the condition of the property warrants some form of compensation or partial refund. We truly enjoyed the community and amenities, but I hope you will take our concerns about the home seriously and work with us toward a fair resolution.Thank you for your time, and I look forward to hearing from you.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re glad to hear that you and your family enjoyed CG and the amenities at Oasis We’re sorry to hear that you felt disappointed with the condition of the home. We do take our guests’ concerns seriously, and throughout your stay, we assisted whenever you reached out to us. This included providing the additional kitchen utensils you requested, addressing the stained sofa you reported, and assisting when you reported an issue with the washing machine. Regarding the photos you shared, we reviewed them . The items shown reflect normal wear and tear from regular use of the property and, in our assessment, do not affect the functionality or use of the home. We appreciate your feedback and will certainly keep your comments in mind as we continue working to maintain and improve the home. We’re glad that, despite your concerns about the property, you were able to enjoy the community and its amenities. -The IHM Team
