Welcome to the stunning 815 Treeloft Cottage, a charming retreat nestled in the heart of Seabrook Island, South Carolina. This beautifully designed stand-alone cottage offers a perfect blend of comfort and style, featuring breathtaking views of the golf course and lagoon, making it an ideal getaway for families or friends seeking relaxation and adventure.

With 2 spacious bedrooms and a loft, this cottage comfortably accommodates up to 8 guests. The primary bedroom boasts a queen bed with an en-suite bath, smart TV, and direct access to a private deck, perfect for enjoying morning coffee or evening sunsets. The second bedroom features a king bed and convenient access to a hall bath, ensuring everyone has their own space. Head up the stairs to the loft where there are 2 sets of bunk beds, sleeping four. A great spot for the kids - its their own private cottage space. All of the bedrooms have TVs.

The open floor plan is accentuated by vaulted ceilings and wood laminate flooring, creating a bright and airy ambiance throughout the living area. The fully equipped kitchen includes stainless appliances, granite countertops, and a dining area, making it easy to prepare and enjoy meals together.

*Seabrook Island Property Association (SIPOA) has started charging for all gate passes.

Gate passes are $45/ vehicle. This charge applies if you are staying 1 night – 179 nights. If you are staying more than 179 nights, there is a different charge.
MAXIMUM number of passenger vehicles which may be parked during the overnight hours of 11 pm-7am, which require a gate pass: 2
The first gate pass is included in your stay. You must call our office if you require more than one gate pass

ONLY GAS LSV RENTALS ALLOWED- gate pass required
LSV (Low Speed Vehicle) RENTALS PERMITTED at this property. An LSV requires the use of one of the gate passes included in the maximum number of vehicles passes.
Requirements for LSVs
Must be registered and insured, have a 17-digit VIN and display an LSV license plate, display a valid SIPOA entry pass issued specifically to that vehicle. Drivers must have a valid driver's license. No off-road tires allowed
Usage Restrictions:
For street use only. No use on bicycle paths, walking paths, golf course cart paths, boardwalks, or beaches. Follow SIPOA vehicle and parking rules.
Safety Requirements: SC seat belt laws apply to all occupants. Child seats are a must. SIPOA officers and CCSO will stop vehicles with unsecured children

Seabrook Island is a cashless island. Your credit card will be linked to an in-app digital QR code for all purchases. Your QR code also acts as your "key" to enter all Club and Lake House facilities.
What's Free: Use of the Beach Club oceanfront pools and the Lake House outdoor pool.
What Costs Extra: Golf, tennis, pickleball, equestrian activities, the Lake House fitness center/indoor pool, and all food or drinks at Seabrook Island Club bars & restaurants

Relaxing Getaway

We enjoyed our stay at the Tree Loft, nice and quiet and peaceful. Home was adequately stocked, kitchen had everything you needed. Would stay here again!
