This Haus was engineered to soak up the sunrise; the huge windows emphasize bright mornings and expansive views. Spend the day feeling soothed by the calming color pallets of the interior and gently pampered by the luxurious accents and finishes.
Refresh yourself by stepping out the glass doors onto the Brazilian hardwood deck. As the sun sets, enjoy another golden hour by the smokeless fire pit in the sunken stone patio while gazing at the mountains. Close out the relaxing day by whipping up a gourmet meal in the chef’s kitchen, then dim the hidden living room lights and wind down by the remote controlled indoor fireplace while sipping a glass of wine.


The ultra modern interior is separated into 3 floors and includes the following spaces:

Primary Bedroom with Ensuite Double Bathroom:
The spacious sleeping quarters boasts two large windows, one overlooking the yard and river and one facing the tree-filled hillside. The bedroom includes a massive California king size bed and a custom-built walk-in closet with ample room for all your fashionable attire. The European inspired ensuite is complete with a wall width mirror, beautiful heated travertine tile floors, ceiling mounted rain head shower, high-end floating toilet and double vanity sink.

Guest Bedroom:
A spacious but comfortable room, this space is outfitted with a full size bed and an uber cool tripod floor lamp.

Second Bathroom:
Clean and polished this bathroom is convenient for a quick hand wash in the stylish flat basin sink or for taking a long spa soak in the matte finish, full-size bath tub.

Living Room:
An 18-foot tall cathedral style lofted ceiling gives this open-format room an immense yet cozy vibe. The room is adorned with sleek designer furnishings and lounging features including two abundant couches, a leather sitting chair, and a crimson red hammock. The custom white architectural facade fireplace provides the focal point of the room, while the concealed dimmable and color changing lighting lets you set just the right mood. There is also a 3rd bed in the form of a couch pull out for shorter term stays of a 5th guest.

Kitchen:
This dream kitchen is designed to be highly functional for the master chef, yet is also sleek and easy to use for the not so culinary inclined. All modern Bosch appliances are present: dishwasher, full-size oven, five burner gas range, microwave/convection oven, and full-size French door fridge. The Black stainless steel compliments the white base tones of the quartz countertop and European cabinets. Gold accents, soft close everything and ample storage make this space a dream to work and chill in.

Gym:
Just steps from the main house you’ll find the private gym with matted floors throughout. It has everything you need to get a heavy muscle pump on or indulge in an intense yoga stretch. Connect your device to the wifi sound system and get your blood flowing to the beats and sound reactive lighting!

Lower level:
Work in peace in the quiet work-from-home space that also includes a large mud room, laundry facilities and its own side entrance/exit.

Outdoor:
Wrapped around the Haus is the Garapa (Brazilian hardwood) deck highlighted with stainless steel cable railings. The side deck spans 16 feet and is complete with dining table, a matte-black full size Napolean grill station, and two white sun loungers. The nearby sunken stone patio houses a truly smokeless firepit surrounded by comfy lounge sectionals.
Other things to note
This home is especially appealing to the health and environmentally conscious. From the Reverse Osmosis water filter with re-alkalizing system to the environmentally friendly air filtering and sound reducing AirKrete insulation. The materials and amenities were carefully picked and implemented to keep the occupants and the planet safe, healthy, and happy :).

The property is setup and designed to be truly perfect for 4 guests (2 bedrooms) however for shorter term stays there is a 3rd bed available as a pull out from the couch in the living room. There is an extra fee for more than 4 guests.

The Haus is also fantastic for work-from-home stays with a suitably separated desk work area as well as Fios high speed Fiber Optic internet and multiple Unify Wifi 6 access points.
