ABOUT BLUE MIST
The spacious first floor living area features a plush leather couch and loveseat, perfect for unwinding after beachside adventures. Gather in the adjoining dining area, with seating for eight, and five additional stools at the kitchen bar – plenty of space for shared meals and lively conversations.

The well-equipped kitchen includes stainless steel appliances, a microwave, coffee maker, cooking utensils, and all the essentials for culinary creations. Don't see what you need? Let me know and we'll have it sent over.

WHERE YOU'LL SLEEP
With a maximum capacity of 10, this home is ideal for multi-generational families or small groups. The first-floor King Suite offers a private retreat for Mom & Dad. And each of the other two floors creates the perfect space for your family!

AMENITIES PROVIDED
Each bathroom includes two rolls of toilet paper, hair dryers, and a complimentary set of travel toiletries is provided.
In the kitchen you'll find one roll of paper towels, a small supply of dishwasher pods, dish soap, and trash bags. For additional supplies please check our house manual for the closet convenience stores.

OUTDOOR AREA
Outside you'll find a private patio with table seating and a complimentary grill - the perfect place for outdoor dining or socializing.
This private covered patio offers a quiet outdoor space for enjoying the Florida sunshine and cool breezes as you linger into the evening.

Parking for 2-3 cars is available in the private driveway. For additional cars, please let us know so we can provide a parking pass for the overflow lot.

SEASONAL WRISTBAND POLICY: During peak seasons, guests are required to purchase and wear wristbands when using the Emerald Shores private beach and pools. Upon your arrival, stop by the beach pavilion to register and obtain your wristbands There is a one-time $30 fee per stay that covers everyone in your group.

IMPORTANT: Once your booking request has been submitted, we'll send you a link to our Guest Portal where you'll need to complete your Rental Agreement. The agreement must be completed and signed within 7 days of the booking request in order to complete and confirm your reservation.
