One week before your arrival, you will receive an email with your door code and some tips to help your arrival go smoothly.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:
- Once your booking is submitted, we will send you a link to our Guest Portal. A completed Rental Agreement MUST BE RECEIVED within 7 days in order to confirm your reservation. If not received, we reserve the right to cancel the booking.
- In our Guest Portal you'll notice a link to purchase Travel Insurance. This is totally optional and is provided by our affiliate partner Rental Guardian.
- Flamingo Destin utilizes exterior security cameras at all entrances to ensure your safety. No interior cameras are used.
- Driveway parking is available for 6-8 vehicles, depending on the size (golf carts count as vehicle). Street parking is prohibited by the community.
