Bedrooms are large and comfortable. Plenty of room for 6 adults and 5 children. Loved the decks on the 2nd and 3rd floors. Bunk beds were great for the kids. Pool is great.Quick shuttle to the beach.Only things to point out are the grill was caked with grease and the kitchen utensils were unorganized and scarce. Coffee urn was missing but that was resolved immediately. We would stay here again! Thanks G and M!

Perfect for large family!

This location has been the favorite for my whole family! Beautiful spacious house! The pool area was great and only a Short walk from our house! Shuttle bus to beach was fast! Great location to shopping and restaurants! We want to return next summer!

Amazing Stay

I loved, loved, loved, my stay here ! The property manager was super organized and also let us do an early check in because we were arriving from out of town. The place had amazing views, in a very nice neighborhood and we did not have to go and buy extra stuff, everything that we needed to celebrate our holiday was available.Will definitely book again!

Great location and great hosts

The property was beautiful and just as described. Walking distance to the beach and has trolley service as well. The kids loved the pool and it’s less than a minute walk from the house. The owners were EXTREMELY attentive with any questions or concerns - with responses within minutes. We would definitely stay again!

Great family stay

Walking distance to the beach. Ample bedrooms and room for large families to stay. The pool is super close and easy to walk even for the little kids. Even though there are other houses in the neighborhood nearby, we rarely heard the neighbors.

My mom’s yearly birthday week celebration

We have coke here for 3 years now I believe. We love the house. It has plenty of room and all the amenities we need. We love the owners too. I recommend it highly!

Wonderful vacation rental

Excellent location makes it easy to get to beach, restaurants, shopping and the harbor. House as described. Very well stocked kitchen. Be prepared to pack or purchase all household needs including extra trash bags, all seasonings, blankets etc. owners are very responsive to questions and assistance.

A beautiful place for large families

Everything was just as mentioned in the description of this place. Great communication with owners. A very large 6 BR house that was perfect for our family with kids and grandkids to get together. Close to the beach and the kids spent a lot of time in the pool too since it was heated for the week of Christmas. Everything was clean and we had everything we needed! Definitely would recommend this for other large family gatherings.

Family family trip June 25

Had a large family group of 12 and this place fit us perfectly. My elderly mom was able to have the bottom floor bedroom- so no stairs and the other 2 families had a floor to themselves. Shuttle to the public beach was handy- although that area was super crowded. Drove down to Henderson beach for more breathing room. The extra fridge on the 2nd floor was super handy to keep the adult bevs cold! Great Hosts! Would stay again!

Family Spring break from 3 states

We have family from CO, OK, and FL all having Spring Break so we celebrated it all together. First time we all were together in over 18 months. From infants to teens to grand parents all had a great time! The house was wonderful, the pool and hot tub was over crowded but we still were able to be together and enjoy each other. The hosts were easy to work with and helpful!

Perfect Family Location!

The house was well decorated and clean. The location to the pool and beach was perfect! Location is one of the important things being as though we have 16 people in our family with all different age ranges. Golfing and oyster bars for my dad, water parks and arcades for the teens, pool steps from the front door and the beach is about a 10 minute walk, but a shuttle onsite for those that don’t want to walk. The owners were so nice and responsive to all of our needs. They gave the best information on things to do in the area. I would recommend this place to any and everyone going to Destin!

The property was amazing. Everything was the way it was picture. We only had one issue and that was a golf cart rental. The HOA does not allow golf carts. We had already booked and paid before we arrived. The welcome book noted the fact. However, the cart was already rented.

Family trip

The property met our needs. Con’s: They were still cleaning the property when we arrived so we weren’t able to access it until about 4:30. There was no additional trash bags or toilet paper outside of what was in the bins/on the rolls. The beds are EXTRA FIRM. The downstairs fridge struggled to keep anything cold. Pros: the owners were responsive to the issues and door dashed us the items we needed. The house fit our group well and allowed for both together time as well as some separation when needed. The location was great, close to the beach and diving locations.

Family beach vacay

Pros: There was plenty of room to spread out. The house smelled clean when we arrived. Well outfitted. Plenty of towels and linens. Good location to the beach. Great pool!! We used the decks a lot. A few cons: Some items like the toaster and the coffee pot are not in good working condition. A few bugs…it’s Florida! Gas grill was filthy…we cleaned it. Oven wasn’t very clean. Some mattresses not as comfortable as we would have liked. Third floor southeast bedroom in particular. We would recommend this VRBO. It’s on par with other rentals. Great communication with the owners. They care about their property and their guests. We did have the best vacation and it was party due to the comfort of this rental.

Not as expected.

Pictures were misleading. Found roaches on the floor, food on the floor and in the sofa. Owner did offer a solution of pest control for the next day. I did not want to sleep with roaches therefore we left the property. Owner thought my request for refund was unreasonable and quit responding after my request. Owner did give refund of the cleaning fee. Owner also stated I wasn't the first to complain. The property was not what I paid for or expected for a family vacation.

We stayed here with 14 family members, ages 1yr-74yrs and this was a perfect house for our Destin family vacation. The pictures and description of the house is completely accurate. It is only 2 houses away from the complex pool and it is within walking distance of Crystal Sands beach. The house had everything we needed and the owners responded very quickly to any questions we had. There were plenty of activities within 5 -10 minutes of the property, including a Walmart Supercenter for groceries and supplies. We highly recommend booking this property!

Emerald Escape

The property was beautiful, easy to find, great location. We had plenty of room for our group of 15 and enjoyed our stay! Pros: location, size, beautiful, well appointed, owners very gracious and easy to work with Cons: not cleaned very well - floors left our feet black. The neighborhood was loud.
