The space
This is a single level house. With an open floor plan, 3 bedrooms, and 2 bath. Avocado Oasis is perfect for a romantic getaway, small friends and family gatherings or a work from home vacation. The house comfortably sleeps 6 in beds, and can host up to 8 guests maximum.

We are south of downtown West Palm Beach in"SoSo' neighborhood. Just a few minute Uber drive away from City Place, Downtown West Pal Beach, Worth Avenue, Palm Beach Island, and beautiful Lake Worth beach area.

As soon as you step inside this delightful home you will be greeted with lots of natural light, all modern amenities, including fast WIFI, sectional consoles to pair you Bluetooth device, play music, and charge your phone.

The living area has comfortable furniture, a Smart 65” TV to connect all your streaming services to watch your favorites.
You will find herself never wanting to leave this cozy room!

The kitchen is fully stocked, futures quartz countertops, cabinets. The Kitchen even has a pot filler above the range, wine cooler, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator with build-in ice maker, toaster, pans & pots, spices, cooking oil, tea kettle, Keurig coffee machine, and more.

All 3 bedrooms has hand picked decor, sealing fans, darkening windows shades, and build- in closets.

CLEAN – Our housekeepers are fantastic. We check the home before you arrive to ensure all is perfect and all the details were handled.

EASY & EFFORTLESS – No looking for keys, the door code allows 24-hour access. We text and email the check-in and check out details.

PET POLICY: Dogs are allowed, under 40lbs each with a maximum of 3. Approval and fee per pet is required. Bringing a pet onto the property without approval is terms for removal without refund.

THANK YOU for following our HOUSE RULES:

- No smoking or vaping of any kind in the home or around open windows or doors.

- Disturbing the peace is not tolerated. Violators will be asked to leave without refund.

- No parties with outside guests are allowed. All guests must be included on the guest count for your reservation. No more than 8 people are allowed in the house.

- Quiet hours are from 10 PM - 7AM. Please do not play music loudly at any hour.

- I somethong accidentally breaks don't worry about it. Just let us know and we will process it through our insurance.

Guest access:
Guests will have access to their interior space as well entire space as well to fully fenced back yard.
NO access to the shed unless given permission.

Other things to note:
- Please don't allow pets on the furniture
- There is two outdoor security cameras surveillance at the front door & in the back yard for self check-in confirmation.
- Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 7 AM
- We provide a starter kit of basic supplies. For longer stays, guests will need to replenish these supplies as needed.
- Must be 21 years old to book.

Florida is prone to tropical storms and hurricanes. We recommend all travelers to purchase insurance to cover any travel disruptions that may arise from these occurrences as refunds will not be granted for undesirable weather condition.

Our property is in a tropical climate zone, so you might encounter strange creatures around, such insects, ants, etc. We're required to inform you about the possibility. We have pest control measures in place, and if you see any, please message us on VRBO for quick action.

Lastly, while our property is family-friendly, it's not entirely child-proof. Parents with small children need to supervise them at all times and assume liability.
