Villa Blanca is a classic Mizner Mediterranean Revival style home completely renovated in 2019. The ground floor includes living room, sunroom, dining room, kitchen and 1/2 bath. Second floor has 3 bedrooms: Spacious master has King bed and bath, second bedroom has a queen bed, sharing a bath with the third bedroom which has twin trundle beds.



The fourth bedroom is in the guest cottage, across the brick courtyard which has a large teak dining table and 8 chairs. The cottage has a queen bed, bath with shower, living room with cable tv and a kitchen. The pool features salt water rather than chlorine. The entire house has water filtration system and the kitchen has a reverse osmosis tap. This house is pet friendly, but there are weight and breed restrictions as well as applicable fees and deposit requirements. All pets are on request. Pool heat to 85F is optional at $ 30 per day (3 day minimum).



Palm Beach Vacation Rentals must be alerted to any children under the age of 12 staying at, or visiting, the property. In the case that children under the age of 12 will be at the property, the pool fence must be installed ($ 100 applicable fee).



This home requires an additional $ 1500 refundable security deposit to be paid with a check or wire transfer.



Same day reservations made for this property are on request. Palm Beach Vacation Rentals does not rent to anyone under the age of 21. The person reserving this house and signing the registration MUST occupy the premises for the entire length of stay. Non-compliance with this policy could result in the immediate eviction from the property with no refund.
