Das vorgestellte Haus in Marlwood Estates verfĂŒgt ĂŒber ein Hauptschlafzimmer mit einem Kingsize-Bett, ein GĂ€stezimmer mit einer Königin und ein weiteres GĂ€stezimmer mit zwei Einzelbetten. PGA National rental, November 2019

In November 2019 we spent a month at Helen's and Bruce's home in PGA National, Palm Beach Gardens, Florida. The house is a spacious, single family home in the Marlword Estates development within PGA National, a very nice community consisting of individual houses along the Squire golf course. It is a convenient location within PGA National and Palm Beach Gardens as a whole. Reserving the place and paying the rental with Helen and Bruce was an easy process and they were very accommodating with the fact that we had our cat with us. Other owners at PGA National can be less pet friendly. The house itself is very spacious, well equipped and nicely decorated. There is also a nice pool which is cleaned by an outside service weekly and a garage. Over the years we have stayed at various units in different communities at PGA National. The house of Bruce and Helen was by far the best so far. Should you ever rent from them, you can look forward to a very comfortable and enjoyable vacation.

Quality house. Perfect location

This is a quality home. It served us well. We easily prepared and served a meal for 8. The pool and pool deck area are very inviting. The house and the pool area are spacious and allow you to spread out a bit.The location on PGA National is very nice. The restaurant availability in Palm Beach Gardens is hard to beat.The owners are available and quick to respond is you have a question.We will return!

Good size home in nice neighborhood in PGA

Good size home in a nice neighborhood in PGA. The house is well provisioned and we liked being on a golf course but not in harm’s way of golfers. Owners are organized, professional and easy to deal with. House shows a little age and furnishings are somewhat out of date. We could not get the heater on the pool to work (although didn’t care about that enough to reach out for the owner), and the pool needs more frequent cleaning. Nice backyard with ample sun deck. Nice spacious garage.

Return visit and still love it!

This is our second trip down and the house, location and the owners are fantastic!! Everything that we needed was there and the house was in great shape. The neighbor is beautiful and safe. Check in was easy and things were ready for vacation mode. We are looking forward to doing it again next year.

Great Family Stay in Palm Beach Gardens PGA

Great family time

The house definitely needs an update but the price is good for what you get. The house is big enough for a family and comes with all the items you will need for your stay. For me was great because it was like going back to the 80’s. The house is like a time machine but not all the members of the family were pleased. Personally my only complaint is the smell the house had and everyone else in my family complained about it. I’m not sure that is the smell of an old house or there is a plumbing leak somewhere that created the smell. I fixed it with air wick in every room. I’m giving 5 stars anyways because I liked the house with 80’s feeling and the price was excellent. If the house has a good upgrade the house should worst the double of the money and the location is great

Beautiful house with an exceptional patio and pool with a view of a golf course. House is beautifully decorated and has all the amenities that make a comfortable stay. Outstanding place and location

A group of adults shared this house to play in a baseball tournament and the location and property were perfect. Close to everything from great restaurants to baseball stadiums. Bruce was a wonderful owner to deal with. The house had everything you need, just relax and have fun. Plenty of bathrooms for a bunch of men and the heated pool was relaxing after a game. Looking forward to going back next year

PGA Stay

This property was perfect for our group. We were visiting to see our parents who live in the Devonshire Retirement Community on the PGA grounds. They are in their nineties and loved sitting poolside on the beautiful and comfortable patio watching their great grand kids in the pool. The kids were in the pool non stop. The kitchen was wonderful to cook, serve, and congregate in. This is a well-equipped great property.

Comfortable and Spacious Home

This is a wonderful home that presents as advertised. Hosts Helen and Bruce couldn’t have been more attentive to remedy a couple minor issues, treating us as family versus unknown renters. We would not hesitate to stay here again or to refer others to do the same.
