Casa Aria is in the South of Southern Neighborhood, which is undergoing dramatic change. You may see a Million Dollar home next to homey Family ranches.

Unlike the Northside of West Palm Beach, the area near Casa Leon is safe and it gives you easy access to the highway if you want to go down to Miami or up to Jupiter for the day.

Upon entry to the home, you are greeted by the living room, that is equipped with a large sofa and 50` Smart TV. Behind the living room couch, is a dining nook that seats up to 5 people. There is also 4 stools for the kitchen counter and 2 more with the cafe table.

To the left of the living room is the Disney/Mickey room with 2 twin beds. To the right of the living room is 2 bedrooms (with King beds) and a full bathroom.

The kitchen is fully equipped (refridgerator, freezer, stove, oven, kettle, coffee maker, knife set, plates, bowls, kitchenware, silverware, and more). It is spacious if you plan to do any cooking.

If you walk past the kitchen, to the left is the laundry room with washer/dryer. Straight ahead is the Master with a king bed, full walk in closet, Smart TV, attached bathroom, and attached office area. To the right is another bedroom with a king bed. It is attached to a shared bathroom. The shared bathroom is newly renovated. The last King bedroom is in the back of the house and is equipped with a Smart TV and desk.

Being only a 5 minute drive from the airport, you can see the airplanes landing in the distance! Travel made easy!

Q: Is the neighborhood safe?
A: Very much so. 24 hours a day.

Q: Do I need to bring towels, a hair dryer, or linens?
A: Nope! we provide all these things. We also provide you a `starter-pack` of toilet paper for you and your group.

Q: When can I check in or check out?
A: Check in is 4pm and check out is 10am. Early check ins can be difficult if there are guests who checked out same day. We ask for an early check-in, or a late-check out fee, if you request either..

Q: Luggage Drop-Off / Storage?
A: If you do not have flights that coincide with our check-in and checkout times, you may store your bags in the home for check-in starting at 1pm. For check-outs, you may keep your bags in the space until 12 noon. If these storage times do not help, you may use Radical Storage to store your bags for your optimal time :)

Q: Can I come and go as I please?
A: Yes. And we wouldn`t trust any listing with which this isn`t the case.

Q: What about parking?
A: We have two parking spots for you on the property :)

Q: Is the place professionally cleaned between guests?
A: Yes, and we take pride in providing a clean home for guests.

Q: What`s my total booking price?
A: We honestly have no idea. With fees included, it only shows the guest how much they pay. This figure should be present after you enter your dates. Note that, pricing varies on a daily basis, and it actually uses some crazy algorithm to adjust it automatically, so I don`t actually control this.

Q: Are the beds comfortable?
A: Very. Some guests say they`re the best they`ve ever slept on!

The neighborhood is considered `South of Southern,` which is historically a Latina neighborhood, but is undergoing dramatic change as West Palm continues to grow.

It is walking distance to the Zoo and Dreher Park. Unlike the Northside of West Palm Beach, South of Southern is a safe neighborhood.

While we are only 5-10 min from the PBI Airport, we recommend a car for getting around. It`s a Florida thing! We have free parking for up to 3 cars.

We are continuing to work on the landscaping, backyard, and the interior so it may look even better when you arrive!

The base price for this home is for 8 guests only. There will be an extra guest fee of $10 per guest per night if your group exceeds to 8 people.

𝐔𝐧𝐚𝐮𝐭𝐡𝐨𝐫𝐢𝐳𝐞𝐝 𝐋𝐚𝐭𝐞 𝐂𝐡𝐞𝐜𝐤-𝐎𝐮𝐭 – Subject to a $50 fee for every 30 minutes past check-out, or up to the cost of any impacted nights subsequent to originally scheduled check-out.
-Early check-ins/Late check-outs can sometimes be accommodated by our cleaning service for $50 per hour fee.

GRILL USE: There is a one time cleaning charge of $50. However, if you clean the grill before departure, we will waive the $50 charge. To clean grills, dispose of coal ash safely and scrape grill grates clean. Also, please clean and rinse off grill utensils.

Any stay of 15+ days REQUIRES a Mid Stay cleaning:
•$180 (cleaning only)
•$255 (cleaning with sheets washing & drying)

All guest names and ages must be registered before you are allowed to check in.

Guest Verification
As part of our vetting process, we may ask guests to confirm a few details — such as their names, ages, where they’re traveling from, or their travel plans — before accepting a booking. In some cases, we may also request a valid government-issued ID for verification purposes. This helps us ensure that all stays are safe, transparent, and in line with our house policies.

Unresponsive Guest
In some cases, if a guest does not respond within a reasonable period, we reserve the right to cancel the reservation.
For same-day bookings, this timeframe is up to 2 hours or less. For all other bookings, this timeframe is up to 8 hours. This ensures that we can provide the best experience and availability for all our guests.

Online Check-In & Rental Agreement Required
Before receiving check-in instructions, all primary guests must complete our online check-in form and review/sign our rental agreement. This helps verify guest details and ensures a smooth, secure arrival.

EXTRA GUEST CHARGE
The base price covers 8 guests. For more than 8 guests, there is an extra guest fee of $10 per guest for the full number of nights.
Example: 1 extra guest for a 5-night stay = $10 × 5 nights = $50.

Refundable Security Deposit: A $300 refundable security deposit is required and will be `held` or `authorized` (not `charged`) by Chicago Hospitality Club on your card. Any property damage or extra charges may be deducted from the deposit. VRBO collects platform payments/charges separately, while Chicago Hospitality Club handles the deposit, so seeing both on your statement is normal. The deposit is automatically released 3-7 days after checkout.
