This modern apartment allows you all the luxuries of home. It is tastefully decorated. It has 3 bedrooms and each bedroom has its own dedicated bathroom. The master has a king bed and a beautiful sitting area where you can watch the ocean. The 2nd master has a queen bed with a beautiful sitting area, to relax after a long day on the beach. The third bedroom can be also used as an office space. It has a pull out couch which opens up and has a REAL QUEEN size mattress. The bed is super comfortable . This bedroom has THE MOST AMAZING VIEWS of Isla Verde beach. You can watch the waves from one window and see the mountains from another. The building sits on the beach which n=means you step out the front door of the building and you are on one of the best beaches in Puerto Rico. There is no building in Isla Verde that is this close to the water! The beach has jetski and banana boat rental. you can walk to all the hotels, casinos and restaurants that Isla Verde has to offer.

The guests have access to the apartment, there are no shared spaces in the apartment. The rooftop pool is a community property for the building.

Isla Verde is primarily a tourist neighborhood with hotels, casinos and restaurants. You can walk to everything.

Uber works fantastic, there is no need for a car unless you decide to venture out across the Island

There is a security camera in the hallway that records all activity in the hallway.

It is a strict rule that only 6 guests are allowed in this apartment. The hallway outside the apartment has a camera that records all activity in the common area. There are 3 more cameras that DO NOT FUNCTION in the apartment.They are covered with duct tape as an added precaution.
