Genießen Sie die spektakuläre Aussicht auf den Strand von Isla Verde und den Ozean von Ihrem Balkon und jedem Fenster dieser kürzlich renovierten, gehobenen Nichtraucherwohnung. Das Hotel liegt im Gebäude Marbella del Caribe Oeste (West) mit direktem Zugang zu unserem unberührten Sandstrand und kristallklarem Wasser.

Die Wohnung ist perfekt für eine Familie von bis zu vier oder zwei Paaren. Es umfasst alle Annehmlichkeiten wie Flachbild-TV, Kabel, High-Speed-WiFi, Klimaanlage, voll ausgestattete Küche, Waschmaschine / Trockner und komfortable und geschmackvolle Einrichtung und Bettwäsche im gesamten. Twin XL Betten im zweiten Schlafzimmer verwandeln sich in einen König. Liegestühle, Strandtücher und Bodyboards sind ebenfalls enthalten.

Es gibt einen eigenen Tiefgaragenplatz und eine 24-Stunden-Rezeption. Mieter haben vollen Zugang zum Pool, Tennis und anderen öffentlichen Einrichtungen.

Günstig im Herzen von Isla Verde gelegen, sind die Mieter kurze Fußwege zu ungezwungenen, gehobenen Restaurants am Strand. Walgreens liegt direkt gegenüber und CVS ist zwei Blocks entfernt. Old San Juan ist eine kurze Fahrt oder Uber Fahrt entfernt. Mindestaufenthalt von drei Nächten.

What a blissful stay! The apartment is beautiful, spotless and thoughtfully appointed with every detail in mind for a very comfortable stay ( great hairdryer, in unit washer and dryer, reliable hot water heater ). Breakfast every morning on the balcony with a wonderful ocean view and listening to the waves was one highlight among many.The hosts were so kind , welcoming and responsive before, during and after our stay. The condo is perfect for 4 adults. The view is stunning. Our stay was very short so we didn’t take advantage of the beach. The pool is lovely and in direct sun. Michelle was attentive to our texts and saved us from having to sit around the cruise terminal when our excursion was cancelled. There are Plenty of restaurants within walking distance or a short uber ride away. We recommend ocean bay brewing for dinner with a view. We felt the building was secure and safe. Lovey stay, I’m sorry it couldn’t be longer.

Yes! Great communication, beautiful condo, well kept, very comfortable and everyone in the building was welcoming.Appreciate the level of preparation for the event of a blackout.(lanterns and batteries) Luckily it was not necessary but it made us feel at ease. Having access to laundry was so helpful.Loved the beach chairs and towels. All of this plus that view confirmed we made the right choice for the family. We had a great time! Next time we go to Isla Verde we will definitely book Casa De Michelle again. Thank you!

You must book this condo. The views are absolutely breathtaking. It felt like we were out on the water. The king size bed and pillows are super comfortable. Some of the best sleep we’ve ever gotten. The condo is well decorated and immaculate in cleanliness. The homeowner treats you like family and is very responsive to every question in need from booking to check out. This condo has everything you need. All you have to bring is your swimsuit and loved one.I would highly recommend this condo and in fact will definitely be back to visit Casa de Michelle what a wonderful experience.

50th birthday trip!

This was the perfect location and rental for our girls trip! The location was easy to access from the airport and the property was stocked with beach supplies/amenities. The host provided wonderful details for everything from restaurants to the beach to excursions/PR. It was convenient to also have wonderful cooking supplies (one of the best pans I’ve ever used for eggs!) and an in-unit W/D.

The beach front condo had amazing views of the beach and ocean. The Condo was clean and well taken care of. The kitchen is small but functional, with the basic needs to be able to cook. There were plenty of silverware and dishes. You will need to buy your essentials from a near by store. The second bedroom is small and more suited to children rather than adults. We enjoyed our stay at this beautiful condo. Our host was excellent, answering either by texting or calling.

The VRBO condominium stay in Puerto Rico was outstanding, with the host's communication being top-notch from pre-booking to during the stay. The host's pleasant demeanor and quick responses were truly appreciated. The check-in instructions were clear and easy to follow, (although we made an error LOL) making the arrival process stress-free. Moreover, the host kindly accommodated an early check-in and a late check-out to fit with our cruise schedule, which was a great convenience and showed exceptional flexibility and care.The unit itself was exactly as pictured. The view was amazing. The unit was clean, comfortable, and perfectly situated close to restaurants, stores, and other amenities. Its location allowed for easy access to everything needed, and a short Uber ride took us straight to Old San Juan, enhancing the overall experience. Working with this host was a real pleasure, and her attention to detail made the stay all the more enjoyable.I would definitely recommend this VRBO condo to anyone visiting Puerto Rico and look forward to returning for another stay in the future. This property did not disappoint. The sunrise views from the balcony were breathtaking. The apartment air conditioner was great, the place was clean and the check in process was very quick. Great location!

Pictures are accurate, perfect spot at the beach and being able to walk to many different places to eat was nice. Loved the big tv and great access to many channels too!

I'm Michelle O'Brien and live in Salt Lake City, Utah when not vacationing in Puerto Rico or elsewhere. My husband Michael and I love Puerto Rico and purchased this condo in 2016. This is our only rental property and we take great care of it. I worked for many years at a Five-Star Hotel and we maintain this condo with a similar expectation of comfort for our guests.

The views from the balcony and every window are amazing! Isla Verde Beach is spectacular -- Great sand, with warm and clear water. Isla Verde is very walkable with great restaurants of every type nearby. Old San Juan is a short drive away. We are just a few minutes from the airport but have almost no airport noise because we are beach facing on the 11th floor of the building.

We provide beach towels, beach chairs, body boards, and beach games. We have an on-site manager if any needs arise. The in-unit washer and dryer are very convenient. Overall, a great place for your Puerto Rico and Caribbean vacation!
