UNSER SCHÖNES EIGENTUM WURDE VON HURRICANE MARIA NICHT BETROFFEN. WIR MACHEN AKTIV RESERVIERUNGEN !!!
Unsere neue Penthouse-Wohnung wurde kürzlich in einem sehr modernen Stil erworben und renoviert, wobei die Strandatmosphäre erhalten blieb. Setzen Sie sich zum Frühstück auf unsere große Terrasse mit Blick auf den Isla Verde Strand und den Atlantik. Bereiten Sie Ihr Abendessen in unserer fabelhaften neuen Küche mit erstklassigen Geräten und atemberaubenden weißen Quarzzählern zu. Ausstattung gehören die folgenden:
-Drei wunderschön eingerichtete Zimmer, alle mit Smart-TV und Kabel-Service.
- Drei kürzlich renovierte Badezimmer, zwei im Schlafbereich und eines im Wohnbereich
-Waschmaschine und Trockner in der zweiten Ebene, in der Nähe von Schlafzimmern
-Zustand des Kunstmagazins verdient neue Küche, mit neuen Geräten aus Edelstahl und stellaren weißen Quarz-Arbeitsplatten.
Zu den Haushaltsgeräten gehören: Kühlschrank mit französischen Türen, Backofen und Mikrowelle, Geschirrspüler, Herdplatte aus Glas sowie alle in dieser Kategorie üblichen Kleingeräte wie Kaffeemaschine, Mixer, Toaster usw.
-Innerhalb des Wohnbereichs befindet sich ein Bereich für TV-Unterhaltung mit einem 55-Zoll-Smart-TV, der von einer schönen Blende und einem runden Glas-Esstisch für 6 bis 8 Personen umgeben ist.
- Der Wohnbereich im Freien besteht aus einer schönen Terrasse mit Meerblick und einem Tisch für 6 Personen sowie modularen Sitzgelegenheiten und Barhockern.
- Küchen sind über eine Tür mit der Terrasse verbunden und durch ein großes Fenster mit einer Bartheke verbunden, die sich perfekt für Unterhaltung eignet.

We had a wonderful time here at this genuine Puerto Rican pent house apartment. The view is spectacular, overlooking the Isla Verde beach, which is right in the buldings backyard. You've got everything you need right here in this area and beautiful apartment to enjoy Puerto Rico and all its glory. The host Jorge, was very quick to respond to any questions we asked and was very helpful. As Puerto Rican's who havent been to our island in many years, we couldnt have asked for a better place to stay to experience our home land again.

Everything was exactly as pictured. All of the bedrooms are upstairs with one of the 3 bathrooms downstairs. The view was amazing and the beach was right outside of the door.

The on line description does not align with the actual state of the unit. We found it to be dirty, AC in master did not work. Other units needed to be fixed during our stay. They tried to fix but had to add window unit. Blind in bedroom fell and crashed off wall in the middle of the night.Toilet in one bathroom was clogged so we didn't use it. Washer/Dryer was rusted and smelled musty. Stained pillows and dirty outside porch that required them to clean it. Mattress was stained so owner bought new linens. All and all our satisfaction with this unit was very poor. We stayed out of the unit as much as possible. How all the good ratings were at the top with the bad ratings buried is very curious. Go back and read the negative reviews. Not worth what we paid. The owners son was pleasant and tried but a very bad experience.

We stayed here twice in the last 3 years and it’s always been amazing! The beach is right there and the views are unmatched! We walked to so many different restaurants as well! The beach is a bit wavy but you can’t beat it being literally right out front plus there was a nice pool too!

This is an amazing property in a fantastic location. We had everything we needed and more! Loved having a private parking space so we could decide if we wanted to explore PR on our own in our rental or Uber to areas we knew parking would be scarce. Amazing beachfront condo!!

From the moment the door open to this condo, the beauty was so amazing!!!! Light fills the condo from the amazing balcony which opens up through the living room, bringing the outdoor space indoors!! Very private patio so you feel like you’re the only ones there when you’re enjoying it! We loved that all the bedrooms were all ocean facing! Beautiful Penthouse Condo on the BEACH

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the condo. We loved the location to beach & pool, as well as other sights and sounds of Puerto Rico. The unit includes 2 parking spaces which was perfect for us. We would have wished for another fob as there were only 2 for a 3 bedroom place and with 6 adults going different directions at different times, it made it slightly cumbersome to coordinate vacation schedules and ensure no one is locked out but we made it work. This is not the only 3 bedroom we have run into this logistic. It's manageable.Overall loved our stay and will consider returning if we have a large group.

Holiday getaway

This condo was as described and clean. Everyone had privacy, but the large patio, living room and dining table was perfect for our time together. Easy access to the pool and beach. The area had several restaurants, Walgreens and grocery store nearby.The building is overall well maintained and we felt safe. Being on vacation during an island wide blackout wasn’t part of the plan, but the condo had lanterns and the elevators and garage worked from the generator.

Annie and the view are the real stars

We have stayed in Annie’s penthouse a couple times before. We especially love the spacious balcony overlooking Playa Isla Verde, the attractive decor and the spaciousness to accommodate our family, as well as the convenience of the third bathroom. This visit we stayed over the 2024 Christmas holiday. As always, we enjoyed the prime location, beautiful ocean views and comfy beds. We had some WiFi issues that also affected catching some holiday football we wanted to watch and reached out to Annie. She came to the penthouse right away and got it taken care of. She mentioned that she may add a booster to improve the WiFi, which I think will be a big help. We have stayed at many beautiful short term rentals in our travels and I can’t stress enough how important it is to have a caring and responsive host. Annie is clearly dedicated to making her units comfortable and her guests happy. Annie, you are a sweetheart and we appreciate your hospitality!

Amazing location

This is the second time that we have stayed at this location. Overall, it is great, but I can tell that it needs a little bit of upkeep. During the storm, some of the walls were leaking. Of the ACs was also leaking water if we had it turned on for longer than 30 minutes or so. It was once again, a great experience, but the unit could use a little bit more maintenance to prevent it from further deteriorating.

Nice Property and Great Location

We enjoyed our stay. We didn’t spend much time in the penthouse as we had activities planned almost every day. However, place is nice and comfortable for 8 people (3 bedrooms and 3 full baths). The host provided with plenty of towels, beach chairs, football, and some basic bathroom supplies. The beach is down the elevator. It was nice to wake up to such an amazing view. The washer was not working but once I reported it, the host send a technician to fix it. It took a couple of days but it was fixed.

Family Vacation

This place was beautiful. Spacious for my family of 8. Location was close to everything you would need. The only things that were inconvenient was that the washer did not work (rinse and spin cycle) we stayed for 8 days and after a couple of days we needed to wash bath towels and we couldn’t. I notified Val just to let her know. I also wish there were more keys and fobs, with so many adults wanting to do their own things, not enough keys to go around. THe unique benefits of this property is that the location is excellent to either stay on the beach, or to explore the old city, but it is also near major highways if you want to venture farther out to Fajardo's Bio Bay, or to the rain forest, via highway 66, or If you want to go south you can easily connect to Highway 52 or to the west, through Highway 22.
