Self-Check-In: Guests will receive a personalized door code within 24 hours of their arrival, allowing for seamless self-access to the unit.

Coco Plum is a laid back island and while we are experiencing growth and new developments, there is luckily no through traffic. Coco Plum is conveniently situated in Marathon, FL. Most of Coco Plum has sidewalks and our place is just a short distance to Coco Plum Beach. There is also a convenience store (with bait and sandwiches) as well as a gas station at the entrance to Coco Plum, a boaters dream. Our on site boat ramp and trailer parking makes our nightly rate a dream, as you avoid the city of Marathon's launch AND retrieve fees, daily parking fees, and congestion. Boating to the Atlantic Ocean is a beautiful and easy ride. By water you can boat to popular sandbars off of Curry Hammock State Park, Sombrero Light House, several restaurants. The 7 mile bridge and Bahia Honda State Park are also a great little boat ride away (maps provided). No boat? No problem, we have local boat rentals, charters, or excursions near by. Coco Plum is conveniently located about equidistant to both Key West (53 miles) and Key Largo (46 miles).

*If you are brining a boat, please disclose at time of your booking. You will be required to provide proof of boat registration and boat insurance within 1 week of your arrival. The Gate code and access to the onsite boat ramp will not be provided and the privilege to dock your personal watercraft in the marina/boat slip shall not be permitted without proof of boat registration and boat insurance.
