Dies ist ein charmantes 2 Schlafzimmer mit Loft 2 Bad, Einfamilienhaus befindet sich auf der Golfseite. Dieses Haus bietet einen privaten, optional beheizbaren Pool, eine Tiefwasser-Anlegestelle für ein Boot und einen schönen Wohnraum im Freien.

Die Hauptwohnebene bietet eine voll ausgestattete Küche mit allen Ihren Kochbedürfnissen, Essbereich und Wohnzimmer. Sie werden auch 1 Schlafzimmer und 1 Bad auf dieser Ebene finden. Der dritte Stock beherbergt 2 Schlafzimmer (Doppelbett) und ein Bad. Das dritte Schlafzimmer ist ein Loft-Stil Zimmer und hat keine Tür.

Die Anlage ist üppig mit tropischen Landschaften und der Poolbereich ist perfekt zum Entspannen im Schatten oder zum Sonnenbaden. Es gibt eine große Außendusche sowie eine Fischputzstation. Wenn Sie eine Pause von der Sonne brauchen, gibt es eine geräumige Bar und einen Essbereich neben dem Pooldeck.

Die Häuser verfügen über WLAN, Kabel, Gasgrill und alle Bettwäsche sind vorhanden.

Dies ist der perfekte Rückzugsort für diejenigen, die gerne angeln. Das Haus liegt an der Golfseite und bietet eine Fischreinigungsstation und eine Anlegestelle für ein Boot. Von zu Hause sind Sie nur eine kurze Fahrt von der Vaca Cut Bridge oder der 7-Mile Bridge entfernt.

The home was almost perfect for our family (4 adults and 2 children) stay. We were able to cook a couple of meals with the stocked kitchen and outdoor grill. There were plenty of towels for showers and pool use. Our favorite feature was the outdoor patio, pool and canal. We did request and pay for the pool to be heated and it was a very comfortable 90 ish degrees or so. The patio is sunny until evening but there is plenty of shade under the tree near the lot line. We had manatee visit at least 3 times during the week which was a great experience! There is a kayak rental nearby which delivered to the home so we had kayaks over night to explore the canal and neighborhood. Marathon has a couple of nice beaches to explore and multiple restaurants and shops. The only disappointment was that for the quality of the home and cost of the rental the adult beds were not comfortable, especially the upstairs queen.

Wonderful Week!

We had a great week at this property. The space was perfect for us and our adult son. We used the pool every day and appreciated the beach towels and fishing poles. We had one issue with some cleaning but management was very responsive and handled to our satisfaction. We will be back and plan to take advantage of dock and get a boat for the week!

Family Vacation

We had a great week vacation! This house is great for the whole family. The location is great with easy access for boating and local restaurants. The house was very clean, fully equipped in the kitchen for cooking meals and plenty of towels for the pool and the bathrooms. Our family had a great time and would definitely come back again.

For the most part everything went very well. We were disappointed that there was only a very minimal amount of toilet paper, paper towel and bathroom soap in the house. Of course, we knew we would be shopping for needed food items and additional personal items but we expected that we would have found more than just 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom and 1 roll of paper towel in the kitchen and that both bathrooms did not have liquid habd soap in them. One did and one did not. Yes, it's a small thing but it left us with a less than happy feeling to begin our vacation. Otherwise we were most pleased. The heated pool was excellent.

We do provide starter supplies for guests, which include start up laundry pods, dishwasher pods, some trash bags, a sponge, a bottle of dish soap, one roll of toilet paper per bathroom, a roll of paper towels in the kitchen, and basic soaps to help get everyone settled upon arrival. Most guests plan to pick up additional items when they do their grocery shopping for the week. We truly appreciate your feedback and are glad that, aside from this small issue, you had an enjoyable stay. We hope to welcome you back to the Keys again in the future!

Great home

My girlfriend , daughter, son in law, granddaughter and her boyfriend stayed for a week. Very clean cool home with a great pool and was very private and pleasant. I told the property manager that I would be trying to book the home in the future. Stayed at many different places in marathon before but we all absolutely loved this home above all of the others.

Favorite Vacay house ever!

We fell in love with this house and property. There were 5 of us on vacation together and we had plenty of room to spread out and enjoy ourselves. The house is beautiful and extremely well maintained. The pool was perfect! Getting our boat in and out of the canal was a straight shot, it could not have been easier. The layout of the house was great, the kitchen well stocked, the rooms were so comfortable. We could have stayed forever! Thank you!!

Total scam – Avoid at all costsThis place was a nightmare. The pool was filthy and unusable, the air conditioning didn’t work properly, and the power was cut off during our stay. To make things worse, they stole our deposit with fake claims about cleaning costs, even though the property was already in terrible condition when we arrived.They are scammers. Do not waste your money here – there are far better options with honest hosts.

We take pride in providing clean, well-maintained homes for every guest. You can see this in the previous reviews. Unfortunately, this was not the case with this stay. The property was left in extremely poor condition — most of the bedding was ruined, furniture was badly stained, and the home itself was completely trashed. On top of the extensive damage, the guest’s overall behavior was very disrespectful. This experience was highly disappointing and far outside the norms of how our homes are typically treated by responsible guests. The AC unit is the house is brand new and the pool was immaculate before the guest arrived. We did not receive one call from the guest to report any issues. The only time we heard from the guest was after he departed and we sent him photos showing all the ruined bedding and trashed house. We let him know the charges would be deducted from his deposit.

Family vacation !!!

It was nice we didn’t know that we had to pay extra for the pool to be on a colder temperature... we called 2 days into our vacation and were informed of this ....The boatlift that is shown on picture you cannot use and you must do some wash before you leave ,but they had no laundry detergent or bleach we had to run out last minute to do this before leaving the house nest an orderly ,also make sure you bring enough toilet paper and paper towels ....house has only one roll for each bathroom and one paper towel in kitchen . Besides all that ,weather was great and vacation with family was fun !!!!

We are happy to hear that you found the home to be very nice and clean. The owners take great care of their property and make sure to have all bedding, cookware, etc in excellent shape for their guests. It is true that garbage pick up is twice a week and they do come early in the morning. That is true for all homes in the Keys. It's too hot for them to collect garbage late in the day. This is our first complaint on this being noisy. The neighbors do own a tile company. They have a store front in town where they run their business from. We have never had any complaints on them before. They are very nice, hard working business owners. You did call on your last day of your vacation and asked for money back. You also called before you arrived and asked for a discount on your stay. Because it was a last minute rental due to a cancellation, the owners did offer you a large discount off your stay. We were surprised that you stayed the entire week and then called and asked for another discount. None the less, you did say that you had a fun time and you enjoyed the home. That is always our goal is to provide high quality accommodations and for our guests to enjoy their stay.

Beautiful House in Marathon, Convenient to Gulf and Atlantic

The house was beautifully decorated and very comfortable. The owners had it well provisioned with a large supply of dishes, cookware, utensils, bath towels, spices, beach towels, kayaks etc.--more than any rental we previously experienced. We cooked 5 out of 7 evenings since we were limiting our dining out due to Covid-19. However, there are so many great restaurants in Marathon for those who would rather not cook. It was also wonderful having the pool especially since it was a very hot week. Very convenient to the Gulf and Atlantic for those who like to fish, snorkel or dive. We actually caught some fish! We would definitely rent this property again if staying in the Marathon area.

Wonderful peaceful vacation home

Myself and five teens/young adults had a wonderful seven days in June. The checkin process was touchless and efficient, the home spotless, spacious, cool and modern. The pool was clean and refreshing and the outside sitting area peaceful and secluded from neighbors either side. No concerns about noise or disruptions from neighbors .. there are small dogs next door but I was in the room closest and didnt really find their barking especially intrusive. Canal is clean and quiet and has quick access to the gulf. Absolutely recommend.

We had a wonderful stay here at the end of August, 2019. The house is terrific and was spotless upon check in. The location was great and Marathon is an excellent choice if your intention is to visit the Keys. Definitely would repeat.

The house was really nice and we enjoy the week

The rental personal was not friendly or professional we don’t feel welcomed at all, they said we need to bring basic stuff like toilet paper and the house was full equipment and also lm not agree to have to clean oven or bbq we pay for cleaning service... l will be back to the house just don’t feel ok with the rental personal.

Hello, Thank you for staying with us! It is true that we do provide a roll of toilet paper for each bathroom and you will need to pick up additional toilet paper at the store for your use. The rental agreement does state this. The day before you arrival you called and said you had a whole additional family coming as well as a dog. Regretfully, we are not able to accommodate 12 people or a dog in this home. I am sorry if you felt that we were not being welcoming, however, this would violate our occupancy enforced by the City. Also, the owners do not permit dogs here and we let you know that when you reserved.

Beautiful and fun property!!

We had a wonderful stay. The house is nicely stocked with everything you need for a fabulous Florida vacation. The kayaks were nice to have included!
