Diese Eigenschaft wurde von unserer Familie im Sommer 2012 als Ferienhaus in Florida gekauft. Diese 3BR, 3BA, 2200 Quadratmeter Haus wurde dann mit allen neuen High-End-Electrolux Edelstahl-Geräte, neue Samsung Dampfwäscher und Trockner, neue Ledercouch, neue Keramik-Scheune und West-Ulmen-Möbel, sowie alle neuen Badeinrichtungen aktualisiert, Matratzen, Bettwäsche und Handtücher. Sie werden die pflegeleichten Fliesenböden überall im Haus lieben. Unser Haus bietet einen atemberaubenden Blick auf den Golf von jedem Zimmer des Hauses. Das Haus hat einen schönen privaten Pool, der auf Anfrage beheizt werden kann.

Drei Beach Bikes, Boogie Boards, Klappliegen, Strandtücher, Strandmatten, Strandtaschen, ein Strandwagen, Sonnenschirme, aufblasbare Strandflöße, Strand- / Poolspielzeug und ein kleiner Kühler sind inklusive.

Es gibt eine Außendusche, einen Holzkohlegrill und einen Fischreinigungstisch im Freien.

Wir bieten auch 4 LCD-Fernseher mit DirecTV, DVD-Player, Stereoanlage, IPOD-Docks, WLAN-Internetzugang und eine direkte Telefonleitung für kostenlose Orts- / Ferngespräche. Eine AT & T-Mikrozelle wird eine bessere Mobiltelefonabdeckung für AT & T-Mobiltelefonbenutzer bereitstellen.

Diese Unterkunft der 1. Etage befindet sich direkt am Radweg und ist nur 100 Schritte vom Strand mit einfachen Zugang zum Strand entfernt. Das Haus hat drei Schlafzimmer, jedes mit eigenem Bad: ein Schlafzimmer mit Kingsize-Bett, ein Schlafzimmer mit zwei Doppelbetten und ein Schlafzimmer mit zwei Einzelbetten (die Einzelbetten können in ein Kingsize-Bett mit Vorankündigung umgewandelt werden). Das Haus bietet Platz für bis zu 8 Personen.

Perfect Family Stay!

This property is so beautiful! It is safe, quiet and the perfect place for a family get together. The house is set up so you have privacy from one another if you want it yet there is so much space for all of us to come together for meals and games. Best Vacation!

This has been the best vacation at St. George Island and we have 19 yrs in which to compare. The house was absolutely amazing and the owner went above and beyond not only for us but for all their guests. Our first night there and we were already planning our next trip back.

This house has everything you need!

The house had everything we needed for a beach vacation...kitchen fully stocked, beach towels, beach gear, etc. It was very clean and very comfortable!! Everything was so well organized and labeled, which made it easy to navigate the house. The house feels very private and is a short, easy walk to the beach! Loved it!

Perfect Beach Stay

Jim and Ann are wonderful hosts. Their house is perfect very close to the beach and has absolutely everything you need to keep your stay comfortable. What a wonderful home and caring hosts. They have already thought of everything you might need which was so thoughtful! This was our third year as a family to enjoy Stardust Villa. The vacation home had everything to make our week perfect. The weather, ocean, Super Moon on July 3, dolphins daily were highlights. Our family rode the bikes multiple times daily. Jim and Ann are wonderful host. A perfect stay!

Great family vacation.

Our stay at the Stardust Villa was amazing. As many others have said, this place has it all. We brought way too much stuff that we didn't need as Jim and Ann have this property WELL stock with what you need for a great time on the beach. We had 4 adults and 3 children under 11 and everyone thoroughly enjoyed themselves. The views are amazing and the neighborhood is quiet except for the new construction going on across and down the street, which was quite bearable. Definitely a great place for a vacation.

Awesome Beach Vacation

This place is great! Had a couple unforeseen things happen and the owner responded very fast. Had it straightened out in no time. House had everything you need, from beach towels to sand toys. Stardust Villa

Our first time to SGI. Everything about this house was as described. Our hosts were easily accessible and very helpful. We had everything that we needed for days spent on the beach. The cart to haul chairs, umbrellas, etc to the beach was extremely helpful. We loved having the bikes to explore the island. Beds were very comfortable. Kitchen was well stocked for cooking.

This rental is by far the best we have ever been to. Absolutely everything you need is provided. Fully stocked kitchen. 3 washers and dryers. Abundance of beach gear to include two chairs and 2 beach carts we left because we are going to be upgrading next year to one like the one already at the property. Normally u have to provide soaps and paper products. Not here. Literally only needed swimsuits and jammis unless you plan on going out. Would recommend to anyone. Absolutely beautiful area of SGI.

Good Location, well stocked

Stardust was a great choice for our family. The use of bikes and everything you need for the beach simplified our packing and rentals. There is far more in the kitchen than you really need, overall, a good property just a quick walk to the beach. Their beach wagon made taking all the chairs and umbrellas a snap and the quantity of all the beach items they have made our stay much easier, they even have pickleball paddles, skim boards and little beach tables for your snacks! Views from the 1st floor are great, and from the 2nd floor they are exceptional. Thank you for sharing your home. It was a terrific vacation.

Great family spot

We had a pleasant stay with our 3 children for spring break. The house is well-equipped and well-stocked. For our family of 5, we truly appreciated the multiple washers and dryers, extra beach towels, beach toys/chairs, and bicycles, as well as the option to heat the pool (needed for our chillier weather). The A/C was a bit wonky in the true master and didn't appear to cool very well but with the weather being cool, it wasn't a big deal and the ceiling fan worked extremely well to offset. We did notice on the wooden steps/decking, some of the boards were loose and some nails were poking up, which may be worth looking into for repairs. The owner was very responsive and helpful!

A truly great all around experience

Wonderful experience staying a week at Stardust Villa. First, location is great with a nice view of the ocean even though it isn't "ocean front". The pool is perfect. Access to the beach is very close. The property and area are not crowded at all - no issue finding a spot at the beach close to the access path. The property has everything you need, including multiples (chairs, umbrellas, binoculars, games, beach towels etc.); it feels like it is their house and they are letting you use it for a week. You name it, they have it. Best part - the owners are accommodating, generous and flexible. Due to a family emergency we were in, out, then back in and they were very understanding. Thanks Jim & Ann!

Family Getaway

My husband and I stayed at Stardust Villa back in 2014 before we had kids. Everything we loved about our stay then; a house that had the needed comforts and then some, proximity to the beach and the views, private pool, bikes & bike path, beach & pool items and peaceful neighborhood were still as we remembered with some improvements. This time with our young kiddos our experience was different, a bit more hectic, but the house was still perfect! There is enough room for everyone to have their own space when needed as well as gather together. One of my favorites was the very useful outdoor shower with HOT WATER! Both kids thought it was cool to shower outside which was nice to take care of the sand before entering the house, We can't wait to visit again!!!

The most accommodating vacation ever!

The reviews are true - this place is a true treasure. What you see in the pictures is what you get and I would argue the views are better than the pics show:). When everyone says this place has it all…this place has it all and we are a family with two toddlers who require a lot of stuff for life and for the beach. We brought more than we needed and when we return and we absolutely will return…our load will be much lightened because of how well equipped the house and beach supplies are. We swam in the pool and the Gulf, we watched dolphins, we biked, we grilled, we showered outdoors. An easy walk to the beach…even loaded down with supplies and children. A week filled with memories that will last a lifetime. And Jim is a true gem - easy going, laid back, attentive, informative. Couldn’t ask for a better stay and host. The 100+ five star reviews are spot on. Thanks, Jim and Ann!

My wife and I purchased this property the spring of 2012 and since that time we have been working hard to bring it up to our high standards and to make it a special place for our family, friends, and renters. We have added many special touches to make it a place for our family to enjoy! We are from Bloomington, Indiana and we have three married children and grandchildren. We rent this property when we are not using it, but use it as often as we can get to St. George Island!
